The plot line:
In HP: Everything happens for a reason, there are many hidden Easter eggs, and, at the end, it all ties together in a nice little bow.
In Twilight: The plot is ok, there aren't any Easter eggs, and there are lots of plot holes (some of her friends we don't even hear about at the end! What happened to them?!). Also, you can tell by comparing both books that Queen Rowling put waaaaaaaaay more effort into her story.
