The Easter eggs
In HP: All the spells mean something in a different language, small parts in the story can go together and turn into a key part that you can figure out, and Jo took time in picking out the names, places, and backgrounds.
In Twilight: There may be some Easter eggs (none that I've seen), not much thought put into all the characters, places, etc. and Meyer did not take as much time as Jo did.
