Chapter 1- A Wife's Dilemma

HUMAN WORLD

Aria stretched her whole body when she finally feels the warm light of the morning sun caressing every inch on her beautiful curves. The blanket was crumpled below her feet dahil sa kalikutan nyang humiga. She can smell everything even the black coffee grinding on her kitchen which is miles away from where she is now. She can hear the sweet talking and laughter of her gardeners outside. The Blue mansion became cheerful again when she came back and it became more cheerful when she got married. Ahhhh she can still hear the wedding bells that time. Even if it's been a year since she and Zach tie a knot together she's so thankful that they endured it. Zach goes to the vampire world every end of the month to get a shot from his father to combat the heat of the sun in the human world. It's just a sad thing that that shot can only be made in the vampire's world.

Aria opens her brown eyes. Then she smiled. She can control the color of her eyes now kaya naman kahit hindi na sya magsuot ng contact lenses ay okay na sya. No one still knows her secret in the human world but her Godfather who passed away 5 months after her wedding. It seems like old man just waited and see her get married. When old man died it's hard for her to move on but Zach never leaves her side on those trying times. Kaya naman it made it easy for her to accept it.

Lalo syang ngumiti when she saw their wedding portrait hanging on the wall of their room. She never thought that this will happen to them. Even now.... It feels like a dream. Pumikit sya ulit saka nag inat but her cellphone rings and that was the time when her great mood in the morning ruins.

"Hello?" nakangiti pa nyang tanong.

"Dr. Chandler? Where are you? All of the stockholders are here and they're all waiting for you... furiously!?"

Nanlaki ang mga mata nya. What's the date today? Inilibot nya ang tingin then she checks her phone. It's not Sunday?!!!

"A minute... Sera..." aniya atsaka pintay ang dial tone. Mabilis pa sa alas kwatro syang nagbihis. Crap! Crap! Crap! And double crap!!! She thought its Sunday!! But it's not Sunday! Ipinikit nya ang mga mata then when she opens it again ay iba na ang kulay ng mga iyon. It's a good thing that she is a vampire kaya naman mabilis syang nagbihis. Then she quickly glances at their wedding portrait. Zach will be home later kaya naman uuwi sya ng maaga! And she definitely will! She smiled atsaka mabilis ng nawala sa lugar na iyon.

She runs her finger to her brown hair. Her messy hair falls down on her face kaya ginawa nya ulit iyon at ng naglaglagan ulit sa kanyang mukha ay naiyamot na sya at ginulo n iyon ng tuluyan sabay sandal sa swivel chair. What's wrong with those creepy old people? They all want money? And how the company will be big ni hindi ng mga ito naiisip ang mga empleyado na mawawalan ng trabaho? How cruel!! This is too much! Kpag nainis sya papatlsikin na nya lahat ng stockholders nya. Tutal she's just keeping them because of his father's living will na kahit gaano kasakit sa ulo ang mga ito she must not kick out those stockholders.

"Ughhhh... what to do?" naiinis nyang wika sa sarili at maya maya pa habang nakapikit ay bigla syang napabalikwas ng bangon sa swivel chair then she looks at her wristwatch. It's midnight already! Zach must be worried sick! Mabilis nyang kinuha ang cellphone sa bag at nakita nga nya ang madaming miscalls ni Zach.

"Oh gosh!" mabilis nyang isinilid ang cellphone sa bag then she hurriedly walks out to her office. She forgot about the time dahil sa tagal ng meeting na iyon. Tiningnan nya ang paligid at ng makitang walang tao ay ginamit nya ang vampire power nya para makapunta agad sa parking lot. Then she looked again kung may nakakita sa kanya. Nang maramdamang wala nmng tao ay normal na nyang nilakad ang sasakyan. She hurriedly starts the car engine at umalis na sa building na iyon.
