Want to see Steven from Strangled Red? Well, you've come to the right place. For this, you'll need a gameboy and a non-hacked original Pokemon cartridge. Then, get a normal cutting knife. Cut the seal of the cartridge so it looks like this:

Next, put the cartridge into your gameboy. You don't have to reset your data, as long as you have a Charmander, Charmeleon, or Charizard. If you have a Charmander or a Charmeleon, evolve it into a Charizard. Put Charizard into the front of your party, and you have to have a free spot in your party. Then, preform the Missingno. glitch. If you don't know how to do that, look it up online, anybody can do it, as long as you have the TMs Fly and Surf. When you come upon Missingno, you will automatically send out Charizard. You then have to catch Missingno, it may require a master ball. Missingno. will then be added to your current party. Then, check your party. Missingno's party sprite is always glitched out, but Charizard's sprite should also be glitched. If Charizard's sprite isn't glitched, you've done something incorrectly.
Then, head over to Lavender Town, and go into the Pokemon cemetery tower. As soon as you go into it, your game will freeze. Don't worry; this is what you want. Turn off the gameboy than turn it on again, DO NOT mess with the cartridge. When you turn on the gameboy, the "Gameboy" logo should be glitched out, and you should hear the cry of a Charizard come from the game, except it will sound louder and longer than it should be. This means the method has worked.
When you go into your game, a few things will be different. Go into your trainer's profile, and it will look like this:

It might happen that only the sprite has changed, and that's fine. To reset this, turn off your game and remove the cartridge. Peel off the seal of the cartridge completely. Then put it back into your gameboy. If that doesn't work, well, I guess your stuck with it. I might attempt it a few more times.
