The good side of betrayal (Gajevy/Gale)

Chapter 2

Levy's P.O.V.

In the middle of the night, she woke up terrified of her dream, sitting up straight on her big bed. She held her hands in front of her face, trying to calm down and breathing calmly again.

Why was she so terrified? She didn't even remember what happened in her dream, but waking up in her room, surrounded by things she knew, made her feel safe and warm immediately.

Suddenly, there was a shadow by her window, but when she looked out, nothing was there. Probably her imagination. Looking at the clock, her eyes were open wide. Only 3am. She had at least to try to sleep. She didn't want to disappoint her Team members.

The next time she woke up, it was already ten to nine and the train would drive at nine o'clock. Jumping out of bed, she adjusted herself and took her bag in less than two minutes, running through the town to the train station. When she arrived it, she saw her best friends standing in front of the train, talking to each other while waiting for her.

"Jet, Droy!", she screamed waving with her hands, running towards her friends who stopped talking immediately. They looked at her with a smile, maybe a bit annoyed.

"I'm sorry guys, I overslept again", she explained and they nodded.

"Like every other day as well", Jet mumbled to himself still with a smile on. Levy pouted and both of her friends laughed at her sight. It was like it had always been, three best friends on a mission, talking, laughing and just having a good time while they three were together. They were friends since their childhood and she really missed spending time with them sometimes ... lately, besides the missions she took with Gajeel and Lily, her other friends, as well as these two, always kept her busy and she felt like she would really slight them. They had often tried to spend time with her, but most of the time, she had a date with someone else, helping either Lucy, Juvia, Erza, Mira or Wendy with the different problems they had. Most of them were about guys, at least Juvia and Lucy's, but she loved them and also loved listening to them and hearing what others called their love life.

They already made lot sleepovers and Mira often forced them to play truth or dare (her favourite game when they were together, even when the boys were next to them). Mira just wanted to find out if her favourite ships were finally becoming canon and if they didn't answer her questions to her satisfaction, the dares made her happier. Only Wendy wasn't dared to do something more sexual than a peck on the cheek, but all the others, including her ...

Lucy definitely had taken the worst dare. Because of Natsu, sneaking in her house when she already slept and sleeping next to her, Mira dared her once to hug him tight in her 'sleep', not letting go of him. The day after that dare, Lucy came into the guild with a red head, Natsu just walked after her with the smile that always stick to his face. She had done it, but Natsu didn't put her away or woke her up, he just snuggled deeper into her hug and sniffed her. Lucy was totally embarrassed when she told the others what had happened and Mira already saw NaLu finally happen, but Natsu was asleep and didn't even know what he did to her.

Wendy's dares were most of the time innocent like touching Romeo's hand (without an intention of course), Juvia did her dares like falling into Gray's arms even without having an actual dare, Erza went on dates with Jellal and Levy ... well. The only really embarrassing thing she had to do with Gajeel was inviting him over to her house. Good thing the 'devil' Mira didn't know Gajeel and Lily often came over to her house, mostly to talk about future missions. Sometimes, Gajeel even cooked for his friends, saying Levy wouldn't get anything good to eat if he wouldn't be there. He was so nice sometimes, but then, he treated her like a little child again ...
