SHUTDOWN. (l.s.)

Chapter 1.

"Come on Louis I've been to one of these parties. They are fun! You don't wanna spend our last day couped up in the dorm" Niall said to his best mate Louis. "Exactly! You have been to one!" The bubbly Irish lad had been trying to get his bestest of mates to go to one of the biggest parties on the last day of year one of Uni.
'Party X' was the name. He had been to one of these crazy parties.
Niall could remember the party he went to earliest in the year.
'The lights were flashing and there was smoke as he entered the door. Niall was surprised He was invited to one of these. He was immediately handed a drink. The music was loud. Niall headed out back to wear the pool was. There had to be a couple hundred people here. This was going to be a good night.'
"Niall. It's going to be crazy. Plus something is bound to go off. I don't want to spend my last day of Uni in the hospital neither." Louis said.
Niall had no idea what he could do to to make his best friend come to the party.
"There's going to be the Mary Jane." Niall said. He knew that Louis wouldn't pass up a good blunt.
"Fine." Louis said truly uninterested. Niall jumped for joy. Tonight was going to be amazing!

Louis
"Louis are you going to the party tonight." Danielle; Louis' friend said. She was jump and excited. Louis really didn't understand all of the hype.
"Unfortunately I am. Niall is making me." Louis says.
"I would be honored. These parties are the biggest and baddest parties. University students fly from all over the world to be get in Party X." Danielle said.
"Still what's in it for me. I'm not used to the party scene someone could get hurt. Besides, it can't be that good of a party." I say.
"There's no party without action." She said.
"Did you get your invitation from the three boys yet?" She asks. "No." "Boy! We need to get on that. We need to be at The Yard. That is where they are passing them out."
She practically dragged Louis out of the dorm room and we head to The Yard.
The Yard was just a huge grassy area where people hang out. Nothing too exciting. Most parties were held out there.
As soon as we made it there, everyone was buzzing; talking about the party.
"Hey," three guys walked up to them," did you get your invitation." The one with the long curly hair asked. He was one of the most beautiful things Louis had ever saw.
"I did, but he didn't." Danielle answers.
"Here," he said passing me a paper,"don't forget your flash lights."
"Why do we need flashlights." I blurt out.
"He must have never been to one of our parties?" The one with the buzz cut asks Danielle.
"Nope." She replies popping the 'P'.
"You'll see." The curly haired guy says with a smile.
"I guess so." I say.
"You should wear something tight. My name's Harry by the way." He says to me. I blush at his words. They continue to walk off, passing out more fliers.
The paper I was given there was information given.

TIME CLOSES AT 17:00 STRICTLY.
Party starts: 22:30 DON'T FORGET YOUR FLASHLIGHTS.

I looked at the time on my phone. Only 13:30pm.
On our way back to Dani's dorm we saw Eleanor, my old friend.

When had gone back to her dorm. I later on found out the guy with the hair that defied gravity's name was Liam. Me and Dani were casually talking.
"Have you ever seen this website." I asked Dani. "Yeah! Of course. You have to go there to vote. Here pull the website up on my laptop. It's almost time to vote anyway." She said handing me her computer. I looked at the flier typing in the website slowly.
On the front page. It said 'You Are Invited to Party X.' Below was a count down showing how much time I had left till voting starts.
Five minutes.
"There is nothing else there. It's a count down." I say.
"Yeah you wait till it's time." Dani says.
I was scared shitless when I heard the voice count down. It came from the speakers of the laptop.
"Voting starts in 3.... 2.....
1. You may vote choose wisely." I stared at the screen. I was unsure.
On the screen it said,"YOUR future lies in your touch. Choose with care."
Below were two glowing buttons that said "Watcher", or ,"Attendee". This seemed all too serious for a Uni party. It made Louis a little skeptical
"Come on Lou. You haven't done a single daring thing this year." She said.
She was right.
I clicked 'Attendee'.
"You're in please enter your name below." A robotic voice coming through the speakers.
"L-O-U-I-S space T-O-M-L-I-N-S-O-N." Louis says as he spells out his name then clicks done.
"This is going to be amazing!" Dani says.
"Yeah. Just glorious." Louis mumble under my breath. "Don't be such a party pooper."
"Whatever." He says.
"Come on we have to find you something to wear," she said,"Harry is kind of popular, so you have to snatch the other bitches' edges. I saw how y'all were digging each other. Plus we only have six hours to get ready."

"That's over the time it takes me to get ready! Why do we need six hours?"
"Tonight you will learn the art of dressing for friend requests." She was just a handful. All of her accusations were preposterous about Louis and Harry. She was taking the piss. Louis just thought he was kind of sexy.
