AT STARBUCKS
I sat down in wait for my coffee. The waiter approach me with a gentle smile
"Would you like anything else except from your coffee, lady" asked the waiter
I hesitated to answer as my mind stopped working, my heart had stopped beating, my pulse weakened, as my brain throbbed with pain when I saw him. My eyes blurred and could only focus on one thing, him.
"Hello, miss " said the waiter. "Are you okay,do you need some water"
"No, I'm okay " I said
The waiter slowly faded away from my vision. My brain tried to shut down but as I was about to black out my phone vibrated.
BZZZ...BZZZ...BZZZ...
I picked the phone up and not to my surprise it was Louie.
Louie:"Hello is this Cassie"
Me:"yeah"
Louie"What's wrong babe aren't you happy to hear from me?"
Me"Nothing is wrong I just feel light-headed"
Louie:"What happened?"
Me:"I feel down the stairs and I wasn't feeling so well ,so can I call you later?"
Louie:"Yeah, sure bye"
As I hang up, I looked up and saw him. The feeling was so painful I rushed out , threw the money at the cashier and drove away whilst covering my face so he wouldn't see me.
