Ouch!
I looked down at my knee as little spots of blood appeared from scraping it against the rocks that I was climbing. I brushed off the blood and kept climbing getting more scrapes and little scratches.

I didn't mind it though because it was all worth it, just to see that view of the island. The almost endless forest filled with anything and everything that could kill you, from animals to plants. The sky that was always blue and never having dark rainy clouds making everyday a perfect one.

Even though it was not the highest place on the island, you could still get a good view and it was perfect to jump off it into the water below.

I started running on the top of big rocks, Finally getting to the end, leaping off the edge without a care. It feels like I'm flying for a couple of seconds. Until I'm falling, I take a deep breath before splashing into the water.

I opened my eyes just to see the multicoloured stones at the bottom of the lake.

Swimming to a corner of the lake, I pulled myself out on to the soft grass and laid down. I looked up at the blue sky, watching the clouds moved slowly across the sky. In the distance I heard the birds singing echoing out from the forest.

After hours of playing, exploring, having another swim and then laying out on the grass again, I felt my eyes to gradually close. I tried to keep my eyes open but my attempts failed.

Everything began to fade away. I felt that I was beginning to drift away from the perfect world that I was in. Drifting back to my room, back to the real world, I woke up to the morning sunlight piercing through an open curtain. Sluggishly I got up from my bed and close the curtain.

I wasn't looking forward of another day of my father not talking to me and ignoring me, a day loneliness and just wondering around the palace and not being allowed outside the palace walls because apparently it's unsafe.

I just wished that this day will end quickly, just so I could go back to bed. Because living in a dream world is much better than living in the real world.
