Third person P.O.V

Winter stood in the car following Andreus orders getting even more scared then she was already. Thinking of why were in the hospital...her head started hurting and she felt faint.

[] Andreu would turn around with complete rage in his eyes and he would walk over to him and grab him by his collar []

"WHAT THE HELL DID YOU DO!?"

"We were driving and arguing...i got angry and hit her and she swerved off into a ditch"

[] the moment he finished that sentence Andreu began to beat him senselessly with no mercy screams being heard from the inside of the hospital [] Winter looked around seeing police start to run into the hospital "oh no"she said before getting out the car running in as well [] Andreu continued to beat him until he was in an inch of his life. Blood was dripping from his hands. And his stepfather unconcious. Andreu would drop down onto his knees in tears []

"..." The police came inside the room and and Winter was looking around the room tears running down her face the police put handcuffs on Andreu and Winter dropped fainting [] Andreu simply allowed this to take place for he had no will to fight it []

"..." Eugene gotta call from the hospital saying there had been a mishap with Andreu and Winter fainting after he heard he drove as fast as he could over there [] Layla would drive over as well in fear of what happened [] Eugene arrived seeing Andreu walk out the hospital handcuffed "Andreu what happened?! Why are you handcuffed?!'

[] Andreu didnt say a thing as he was guided into the cop car []

[] layla would arrive and run beside Eugene []

"What happened!?"

"I don't know he didn't tell me!"Eugene ran inside asking for Winter the nurse escorted them to Winter who was laying in a hospital bed [] Layla followed and ran to Winters bedside []

"Winter are you ok????" Winter looked at Layla and Eugene in confusion "Who are you?" Eugene widen his eyes"Were your best friends Winter don't you remember? Andreu is your boyfriend"he said looking at her with worry "Winter??? I know you remember your bestfriend since 3rd grade...we've done everything together. Your my sister.."

[] she said with tears in her eyes [] Winter looked at her with hurt shaking her head"I'm sorry I don't remember you" Eugene punched the wall and started crying "FUCK!!" "But...Winter...."

[] she dialed Ms. Martinez on her phone and awaited her answer [
"Hello" "Ms. Martinez get to the hospital now its winter...she doesnt remember anything..." "What happened?! I'm on my way!" Mr.and Ms.Martinez drove faster then anyone could skipping red lights as they arrived Ms.Martinez ran out asking for Winter the nurse brought them to Winter and Ms.Martinez ran to Winter "Winter it's mommy what happened baby?"She said tears running down her face Winter looked lost looking around the room "I don't even know you people"

[] Layla sat in one of the chairs near Winters bed crying and sniffling []

"...andreu was arrested" Mr. And Ms.Martinez widen there eyes "WHY?!" They both said "I dont know...he didnt tell Eugene when he saw him.." Mr.Martinez took his phone out callin his brother who works at the police station "I'll try to get him out" he said walking out Ms.Martinez looked at Layla "see if you can try to make her remember things please...Eugene let me talk to you"

[] Layla walked to Winter []

"Winter you gotta remember...."

[] she pulls out her phone that showed a screensaver of her, layla, eugene, and andreu at he beach [] Winter looked closer at the picture and flashbacks came I'm and out of that day "And this"
