LUCY'S POV
'What is she talking about' I thought puzzled
I gave her a confused look "well those celestial sprit keys of yours have too much light magic in them" she started "what about it spit it out already it can't be that bad "I told her but she just looked at the ground.
"you see they are going to start affecting your health since you're a demon and a witch now if you unlock another form and you're still contracted with those spirits you will become seriously injured or worse death since you have 10 keys the light magic from them is very strong and to be honest you should be dead by now,you should have died the day you swapped your blood from human to demon "Akumu told me sadly and my jaw dropped but I didn't cry,I couldn't cry.
"I see... I guess it can be that bad but I know what I have ta do " I said and teleported to where Yukino was. 'She's the only one I can give these keys ta she's my only hope' I thought desperately.
YUKINO'S POV
I was training with Sting and the others when there was a dark flash and Lucy appeared with a sad look on her face.
"Hey Lucy what's the matter you look sad "I asked and she looked deep into my eyes " Yukino I need ya ta take my keys " she said with a monotone voice , I looked at her shocked but I saw sting look angry "What is wrong with you Blondie I thought you loved your spirits,why are you giving them to Yukino. Do you not love them? Do you not care for them at all?
I knew you changed but I never knew you would have changed this much "Sting shouted at her and Rouge looked a bit worried "Hey sting don't you think that was a bit harsh we don't know what's actually going on" Rouge said but Lucy looked furious "of course I love 'em of course I care for 'em but if I don't do this then I'm gonna die and they'll be gone anyways! I'm a demon and a witch for fuck sake these keys have too much light magic in 'em so I should have died ages ago but somehow I'm still alive do you think I want to do this " lucy screamed and everyone looked shocked because Lucy said she was a demon and a witch "y-your a demon and a witch " I asked a bit scared "see, I told you guys there was something wrong with her she's a crazy evil lunatic" Minerva sneered but Lucy shot her a menacing glare and she shut up.
"that's not important right now I need ya ta take my Keys " she said urgently trying to give them to me but I picked them away "b-but why me I'm sure there are stronger celestial spirit mages out there" I told her and she smiled weakly "Maybe but I know ya will treat them with love and respect so please do this for me will ya " she said pleadingly while Bowing her head and I blushed slightly out of embarrassment.
Then suddenly there was a bright flash and all of Lucy's spirits appeared but they all looked slightly different they all had really tired faces and they seemed a bit duller and they looked faded? "m-minna what happened ta ya " Lucy asked shocked with fear in her eyes "long time no *cough* see Lucy " Loki said coughing "why do ya all look so tired " Lucy asked trying to grab onto Loki sleeve but her hand went through him and she gasped "Lucy *cough* because of all the dark magic in you and the light magic doesn't mix *cough* and the light magic inside of of us is trying to cleanse all the dark *cough* magic because of this *cough* you should be dying but we're absorbing all the pain into us so you don't *cough* suffer " Loki explained weakly and Lucy covered her mouth.
"Please Yukino I don't want 'em ta be in any more pain I don't want 'em ta die I want ya ta be their new master. Please I beg of ya " she pleaded getting on her knees "ok Lucy I'll do it for you I promise to treat them with love and care I won't treat them like tools but as my new friends " I told her and she smiled then stood up ,took out all of her keys and said I a bold voice.
"I, lucillea lucy rose Alice Orestonel break my contract with ya , now ya are now free from our contract " I saw that there was tears in her eyes then she walked over to me and handed me her all ten of her keys "Yukino your the only celestial spirit Mage ta have all of the celestial keys I want ya ta be really strong but" she started "please let's me see them once in a while " she finished smiling tears running down her face. "Of course I will " I said "thank ya" she said " well then I guess we'll be seeing you soon brat " Aquarius said before disappearing along with the rest of them. "Well I guess it's time for me to leave I need to get back to training and I can't let this dwell on for long I know that they wouldn't want that " Lucy said wiping the tears from her eyes "look bl-I mean Lucy I didn't mean to shout I just thought that you just didn't love them anymore or you had just got bored of them I should have let you explain yourself first I'm sorry " Sting said " it's alright ya didn't know now stop with the serious talk I need ta get going and finish training so see ya in a few months " Lucy said smiling then she disappeared with a dark flash.
'Well that was a long day ' I thought tiredly.
