For some reason the guild seemed brighter that usual.
Everyone was happy, Talkative and and just plain Lively.
"Hey Natsu? I think we should go on a mission with the rest of the team! Everyone seems really happy and I think It'll be a good idea" Lucy beamed
It seemed like the ready of team Natsu had heard Lucy and immediately agreed
"Good idea Luce "
"Yeah it'll be fun!"
"It'll be a great chance for us to earn so money as well"
"Aye!"
They said, picking a high paying job and walking out the guild after getting it stamped by Mira.
Time skip
They were all sitting on the train and Erza was reading about the mission out loud .
"STRONG WIZARDS NEEDED!
DARK WIZARDS IN OUR TOWN!
THESE WIZARDS ARE BEYOND ANYTHING WE HAVE EVER SEEN
WE NEED YOUR HELP
LOCATION: MOONSHINE VILLAGE

"This mission sounds quite hard but it'll be no problem for us" Gray said and everyone agreed with him, they all just knew that if they were together that nothing could get in their way.
During the train ride Erza had knocked out Natsu and after his complaining had ending nothing really happened, most of the time they were just resting so they had enough energy but sometimes they would chat for a bit while playing cards.
After about 2 hours they made it to their destination.
The place seemed so deserted and quiet.
No one was outside and it looked like something out of a apocalypse movie.
The group walked though the town till they found the mayors home. They knocked on the door and a small old man opened the door
"H-hello. You must be the fairy tail mages! Please come in quickly" He told them urgently and they followed him into Mansion.
When they took a good look around they saw that the home was very detailed and you could see maids all around the place.
"Thank you for coming. W-w really need your help" The mayor looked very shaken up and it was very obvious that whoever had caused the trouble in this village had affected him greatly.
"It's fine Mayor. Please relax and tell us about what happened here "Erza said to him firmly but with a calm expression and the mayor nodded as he began to explain what had happened there.
"About a few days ago a thick dark fog began to hover over our town and it slowly started to infect anyone that went outside so we got other mages to make it disappear and we thought that was the end of it but we were terribly mistaken....
Three days ago two dark mages came to the town and were bringing havoc and chaos to our village . They would come and go...they'd take one or two people with them to who knows where...and...and.." the mayor burst into tears loudly sobbing surprising the group
" Go on..." Natsu said surprisingly quiet.
" t-they took my daughter and wife! The two people that mattered the most to me they took them from this very home! Please fairy tail mages you have to help me i-I'll double the reward just do whatever you can to stop them... t-the only place they could be is the forest...please...please" he said crying softly
