Chapter 4: First Date and Third Wheel

I was walking through the quiet halls after school, going to meet my friends in the front of the building. It was 20 minutes after school, and I was running late for my friends.
P-Piper S-Spencer
S: The others already left 4 the mall
P: oh, ok
S: Wanna go do our own thing at the mall, like a date?
P: OMG YES!
Spencer just asked me on a DATE! I jump up and down multiple times, the Peter comes up behind me. "GAH! Peter! W-what are you doing here?!" I ask Peter, who replies, "I heard that Spencer asked you on a date..." "True true. What's it to you, Peter, and why do you try to steal my girl?" Spencer comes around the corner and says. "Because I knew her before you, girl stealer!" Peter spit back at Spencer. I got in between them and said, "Boys! Don't fight over me!" Spencer looked at my left hand while he took it in his. I blushed at this, and Spencer growled, eyeing my ring. "What's this, Cameron?" Asked a skeptical Spencer. "It's the ring I have her, Spencer. Why, you don't approve of your girlfriend getting engagement rings from other boys?" Said Peter as a sly smirk formed on his lips. "ENGAGEMENT RING??!!" I sighed at Spencer's response to what Peter said. "I'll tell you on the date. Let's go, away from Peter." I said as I marched hand in hand with Spencer away from Peter Pan.

(Still Piper's POV)
We were in the mirror maze together, trying to find our way out, because we found all of the jewels. "Hey Cam..." "Yeah Spencer?" I asked back. "Um, can I..." He then leaned in so close, our noses touched. I gasped, and he closed the space. His lips found mine in a sweet embrace of a kiss. He didn't give me the Sparks I was expecting though... He pulled away and looked at me. I smiled and he smiled back, and then I started giggling. He started laughing along with me. Just then, Peter appeared beside me. "UGH! PETER PAN WHAT THE NEVERLAND DO YOU FRICKIN WANT?!" I yelled at him, before I quickly covered my mouth, and looked quickly back and forth between the two boys. Spencer looked at Peter with disbelief, while Peter face palmed and mumbled, "Great going, Piper." I gasped as he said my name. Spencer took my arm, and dragged me to the exit of the maze and said, "We need to talk over dinner." I nodded quickly as we sprinted off to a restaurant, Olive Garden. I got my usual, spaghetti and bread sticks. (Easter egg of Aphmau XD) "So, Cameron... Tell me everything, including the ring." Spencer demanded. I nodded and started talking, "Okay, so my real name is Piper, it was going to be Piper Pan. I never Peter from Neverland. I used to live on the streets in London in about 1880, or around that time. My parents had been killed in a non-accidental fire. I was only two, and never learned my last name. I got street smart, fast. I had known Peter because of the stories told about him around the streets of London. Every day, people got chosen by Peter to go to Neverland with him. Mostly girls. Rumors said that Peter was looking for true love. Later, about a year, lost boys from Neverland, started taking girls to Neverland for a contest to win the throne of Neverland, and the heart of Peter Pan. Every girl wanted to be chosen. The girl who was going to be chosen also had to have the silver pan pipes. I had them. Long story short, I got chosen for the contest entry along with four others. I won after a long battle with another girl who was a fraud. About 55-60 years later, a war started with Neverland and the Ice Queen. Peter had proposed to me about a year before the war started. I had said yes, of course. I died as Piper, not Piper Pan, in the war. The Ice Queen froze me. Peter saved my engagement ring so that when he found me again, he could remind me of his love. But Spencer, I think....
