I was having time with clay because he trained the other knights to be ready for battle when the other NEXO KNIGHTS got tired and decide they need a vacation from Clay that gives macy the idea. They send clay on vacation to get some free time which I allowed myself to go with him because I want to experience about vacation. Pity twilight can't come because pets are not allowed so instead she'll keep an eye on the other knights Clay and I arrived to a place called the 5-star resort but soon we discovers the staff of our vacation spot has been extremely rude, cruel and nasty to clay, doing things such as serving him moldy food and forcing him to tip them for everything except me, they don't do cruel to me but instead treating me nicely as a special guest. Not the recent guests.

I'm not sure why and twilight report to me that the other knights are having fun but Problems arise, such as Merlok glitching, no food, and plumbing problems because they started neglecting their daily duties which it was a bad idea to send clay to vacation. I was walking through the hallway until I felt the negativity inside the hotel, it's getting stronger which made me feel discomfort its like it weakens me. I noticed that I sense an evil book in here which is cause by a Book of Cruelty. So I was about to head outside from the hotel which I made a friend; a mice who was living in hotel. Good thing clay thinks I feel dizzy and he told me that I should go for a walk just to get some fresh air

I'm worried that Jestro's forces will be there while I was away but when I arrived at the beach, ruby was there who disguised as a human and sings a wonderful song but this time its different the one she sings an evil song. When I hear her song, it's like it awakens her true self, defines who her truly are and what she were meant to be. I realized that she don't look like an evil shadow gem but a good shadow gem so i befriend with her and don't worry she won't sense who I really am.

Ruby wants to know my name when the mice came and told me that clay is captured by Jestro and the Book of Cruelty is fed to the Book of Monsters which gives the Book of Monsters the ability to summon the Lava Monsters Crust Smasher and Flame Thrower. So I left the beach which she didn't get a chance to know my name and saw clay who was in trouble, I send a distress beacon so that the other knights would came but it'll take time so I have to stall them but the problem is that i felt weak because of that evil book and needed to energize myself but thanks to ruby, she sings a melodious song and i felt the aura materia glows its like it charge for me with a positive feeling from her which I felt energized and got my strength.

I fought a troop of lava monsters with my bo staff which clay was amazed by my skills until I noticed the lava monsters did not turn to dust and realized the evil book must've boosted them. But fortunately, the other Knights arrive and save Clay and me as Jestro's forces retreat. I'm glad that its over but to the misfortune of the Knights, Clay learns the importance of relaxing just as they had become more diligent. And as for me, now I understand what it means to relax and i guess everyone needs to take a break once in a while. Although it was fun with ruby in the beach, I know you think that she still an enemy but deep down, she has good in her heart.

I hope you understand what I said even she maybe a shadow gem but I do know is that one of the shadow gems wasn't evil at all
