Where humans eat human flesh? Have you heard of Brend Brandes' case?
He was a Berlin engineer who was murdered and eaten by Armin Meiwes - a computer technician - in 2003. They met on on a forum named "Cannibal Cafe". Upon meeting, Armin cut off Bernd's penis who died after several hours due to blood loss. Armin continued to cook and eat Brend's body for 20 months (20 gram /day) and snapping the images of Brend's body then uploading them.
Images uploaded by Armin still exist. I've seen those pictures personally (not on the Deep web but on the surface Web). Hopefully Armin was sentenced to life in prison in 2006. And "Cannibal Cafe" was pulled down out of net. That was the end of this cannibalism site, but the Deep Web still has tons of forums promoting cannibalism..
