I watched him walk out of the front door from bay window. His bummy braids flowed in the wind as he walked briskly. I wasn't sure what his destination was, Thugger had left him here last night. But like a creep, I watched him until he was out of sight.
Damnit Jacques. The things, the things.

"Yea bitch, so this loud ass noise woke me up, and boom, there he was."
"So Travis $cott was just sitting on your bed? You guys did the do?"
I took a sip of water from the glass in my hand, and chuckled at Mel's choice of words.
"Well, he was butt naked on the floor, covered in my marble lamp, in which he dropped and shattered. But yes, we did do the do." I replied, mocking her last sentence.
"Hmm. Y'all cute as hell." Mel started celebrating, dancing in her seat like Jacques and I have had feelings for each other since the beginning of time and we've just started embracing it. Although confused as to why she seemed more excited than I was, I couldn't help but join in because Travis, well Jacques did in fact excite me. I mean, we aren't together but there's something there. Right ?
"I'm about to order a pizza. Dominoes or Pizza Hut?" I asked her, suddenly hungry as hell. My stomach growled and to me, it was really loud. Mel and I have been chilling in my bedroom the whole morning. She was smoking, but I wasn't feeling it right now, so I just stuck to watching Martin.
"Neither Dummy, you have a photo shoot in like an hour and a half."
"Ohhh yeaaaa. With Puma for Creeper publication. You's righhhh."
I really didn't feel like dealing with this situation. I know Brown is going to be there getting on me about finding someone to do the shoot with me and blahdee blah. I shouldn't have to do all of this for people to buy my shoes anyway.
"Yuup, so get on up and get ready."
"Shut up, potsticker." I joked as I popped up off my bed. I grabbed a set of black lace underwear and headed to the shower.
When I turn on the shower head, the in shower radio came on. It was already programmed to Hot 97, which just happened to be playing Work. I groaned, and without hesitation, I turned to Power 105. I tolerate a lot of things, but listening to my music when I don't have to is something I definitely hate to do.
I feel so self - centered listening to my own music, although other artist do it frequently. Thats just not me. After the water got to the right temperature, I stripped and got inside, closing the glass door behind me.
