When that thought came to mind, it disappeared just as quick as it came.

"People of this household! Fear no more, narito na ang m-gwapo niyong bunso!"

O, dear Lord. I mentally face palmed myself. Nakita ko namang napa-iling sina mama't papa while looking a bit discouraged.

Ladies and gentlemen, my brother Tyler.

We just looked at him doing a superhero pose, or what looked like a superhero pose, but we'll never know with my brother, with an actual cape and damn.

Really Ty? Really?!

Ako po ay lubusan nang nahihiyang ipakilala sa inyo ang labing-anim na taong gulang kong kapatid na si Tyler Jay Tores na---

"Tyler Jay! Ano 'yang kasuotan mo?!"

--nakasuot ng brief. Walang pantalon. With his superman shirt. And a cape.

Di naman sinagot ni Ty si mama at deretso nang naupo sa tabi ko. And then devoured his food like a caveman. I just pushed my chair a bit, away from this.

"Jay, where's your pants?" Tanong ni papa na patuloy lang kumakain. Nasanay na ata sa kabaliwan nitong lalaking 'to.

"Uhm. I don't know?" He said. With a mouth full of food. Gross.

"What do you mean you don't know?!" Mama asked, eyebrows raced with the perfect scowl.

Pfft. May perfect bang scowl?

"I don't know I mean I don't actually know." He shrugged, "I swear naka-pants ako kanina bago umalis, but when Josh and I went to this party it just disappeared. You know?"

"Disappeared? And you didn't even noticed?" I asked. Extremely bothered by his mental health.

"I think I noticed some tugging on my pants," He looked up, looking thoughtful. "But other than that I got nothing."

Napabuga nalang ako ng hangin.

Damn brother!

He used to be so cute when he was little. His stupid little behaviours, I used to find it funny and adorable but now that he'd grown up, it's just... I don't know but kinda like... disturbingly annoying?! Yeah, I love Ty, stupid and all but I do wish he'd grow mature and act his age.

"Well anyway, how's Josh doing?" Dad said.

"He's doing fine. He's been painting again and I guess that's a good sign."

Talaga? Wow. That's great news. Josh was always this happy, artsy little kid. The last time I've seen him paint was years ago. It had been a very long time since.

"Really? Honey that's great! I hope he can come over tomorrow and have dinner with us. Ask him okay anak?" Mama said happily, holding Ty's hand on the table.

I patted Ty's back and smiled widely at him, papa just smiled.

Josh's dad and my dad were friends, I mean best friends. Kaya malapit na talaga kami sa pamilya Santos lalo na nung namatay si Mrs. Santos, mama ni Josh, nuong 11 years old palang ito. Breast cancer, and it was devastating for her son and husband. But we were there by their side through out the end. The last time Josh painted was when before his mom died.

It was a painting of her, with her long, wavy brown hair. Josh always had this gifted talent. He had this talent to see the good in everything and tries to make people see it.

But after his mom died, he'd never went painting again. Magtatanong kami kung bakit iiling lang siya and he'd change the subject. 'Di nalang namin pinu-push.
