A new friendship? ( Chapter 2 )

   Jacks p.o.v

Every one stared at the new boy, especially me. I looked at his eyes, his dark chocolate eyes. They glisten in the light that enters through the window in the classroom. He knew every one was staring but out of everyone in the room, he noticed me staring at his dark eyes. He waved at me while smiling and I snapped back into reality. I panicked and accidentally said "hi" very loudly and my voice also cracked. Every one laughed at my sudden outburst. I felt embarrassment running down my spine. I had a hoodie on so I flipped the part that covers your head and shoved my face in it while closing my eyes feeling nothing but embarrassment. After every one settled down I uncovered my face and looked at my desk, after that, Mrs.Crodnok slapped my desk with her wooden ruler, the ruler had dust from the chalk board so it went all in my face into my mouth and nose. As I gag from the dust in my mouth, every one laughed once again. It was awful, even the new boy was giggling. Mrs.Crodnok said, "PAY ATTENTION SEAN." My real name is Sean, Sean Mcloughlin but I prefer to be called Jack. Every one settled down once again and Mrs.Crodnok continued her long boring ass lecture.

After a few minutes of being teached conic-sections, the new boy asked me if he can see my notes. I responded rather quickly and said of course while whispering. I passed him my notes and he copied them. He gives my notes back to me and has written a note on the top left corner of my paper. "Whats your name?" I ripped off a piece of the next sheet of paper I'm writing on and wrote, "Sean Mcloughlin, but I prefer Jack." I pass the note to him and he takes it from my hand, his hand is so warm and tender, I almost grabbed his hand and held it. He takes the note and reads it, after he reads it, he looks back at me and smiled warmly, I blush for some reason but it doesn't matter. I smiled back and he turned back around.

*School bell rings*

"Lunch time." Mrs.Crodnok spoke loudly. Every one rushed out the door, even the new boy. I didn't even get to pick up my satchel and stand up. Mrs.Crodnok stopped me before I stood up, "I saw you." She said. "What?" I responded in a sassy tone. "Don't act stupid Mcloughlin, I saw you pass the notes to the new boy, if I catch you again doing that I will give you detention, this is why your failing Geometry 2, now get out." Yes ma'am, I responded. I grabbed my stuff and wondered the hallway. I can't control myself, I keep thinking of the new boy, he looks gentle and nice, maybe I can be his friend. After wondering about the new mystery boy I did not know the name of, I bumped into him. He laughed and said be careful while letting out a cheeky smirk. It's this time that I noticed he looked Korean, I was caught up thinking about our friendship and and his eyes, I didn't even know he was Korean. Am I that dumb? I looked into his eyes so much I did not realize he was Korean. I pondered off again and he asked me are you ok? I jumped a bit and said, "yeah, yeah sorry.." Wanna got sit at lunch together? I have no one else, I just came to get my lunch. "Sure!" I respond. As we are walking down the hall on our way to lunch, I asked him, "I never catched your name." He responded, "Mark fishbach." We both made eye contact and smiled as we walked to lunch.
