Chapter 10

Hello!!!! It's me, I am back!!! Thank you so much for all the views and lovely awesome comments you guys! It helped me go through all the stressful grades and reports this year. It's Tuesday today, and school ends.... TOMORROW! Yay! Oh yeah, uh huh. ;) 

Sorry for the delay on the update. If you follow me, I sent you guys a message about the situation. I persuaded my mom to give me a break on the math class today, (she teaches me 'cause she's a math teacher.) I told her that I have a lot of homework. She was suspicious, since homework has turned from a waterfall to a trickle. But thanks to my annoying little sister, she got distracted and let it drop. Yeah, I'm a rebel. :D Or try to be... I tend to follow the rules..... SO WHAT!  

He he. Anyway, most of you guys are kinda getting the flow of the story in your comments. Some of them are true, BUT. I can never tell you the real ending. Oh!!!! Ha!!! Sorry. I'm hyper today. He he he. Lol.

Okay, okay Adrien. Get a grip. Calm down. 

Chat was breathing heavily now, and his heart beat had increased. He groped his chest, gasping. 

"Whatcha thinking there kitty? Don't tell me that you're already defeated." Soul Stealer snarled. 

Just, do it. It's the only way to-to- get the akuma out. And maybe.... if Ladybug comes and purifies the akuma, then Marinette will come back alive. Right? Yeah.  

Chat shook his head once, and slowly rose. He put on his most winning smile. 

"Nope." He popped the p, "I'm still up and going. And as long as I'm alive, you can't take this ring." he said. 

Chat Noir jumped into the air, and using his baton, he safely reached the opposite side of Soul Stealer. 

Soul Stealer shrieked in rage as she began to shoot at Chat. Dodging her arrows, he shouted at the guards:

"Are those shock guns?!" 

The clumps of cowards all nervously nodded. 

"Then shoot her!!" Chat commanded. 

The guards scrambled on their feet, forming a ring around Soul Stealer and Chat. 

"Power, I need more power!" Soul Stealer said, and she sent an arrow flying. 

The guard nearest to her went down with a wail, and his soul was absorbed into her. Chat winced. 

"And, try not to get hit. The souls she take will make her only more powerful!" 

The battle between the villain and hero continued. Chat was doing nothing but dodging her arrows, and, the occasional dart that was sent towards him. 

"Not at me, at her!" he shouted. 

The guards nodded ruefully. 

I need to find an advantage. Maybe I can break something? So it lands on her.... then I won't have to kill her with anything. Oh no, what am I thinking? 

But Chat had to do it. He searched for a specific object he could use cataclysm on... 

"Enough!" 

Soul Stealer piercing shout brought him back to reality, just in time to see Soul Stealer charging at him, gloved fist drawn back. 

The thud was loud. Her fist hit Chat square in the jaw. He went skidding back on the ground, and the friction his suit made with the wooden floor only made it worse.
