Chapter 6

A few hours later: saidans pov
"So your Bofur"

"Aye"

"And you must be saidans, Dwalins niece"

As Bofur said that I smiled to only hear fili say

"Who wants an ale? Here you go"

With that I saw him step in front of me and handed someone a cup with ale in it so I watched as he did to only hear uncle dwalin say

"Let him have another drink"

With that he poured his ale into oins hearing trumpet. As he did everyone laughed so I let out a small laugh to only see him put the end of it in his mouth and blow the ale out so we laughed and the next thing I knew everyone was chugging down their ale. As they where drinking I saw ale drop down their beards so I put on a disgusted face and just waited for them to be done. When they where done I saw one of the youngest ones, ori stand up and burp so I rolled my eyes to only hear everyone laugh and to only hear everyone else burp so I rolled my eyes and just waited for them to be done.

A few hours later
"Excuse me, that's a doily, not a dishcloth"

With Bilbo saying that he got the doily from one of the dwarves and put it somewhere so I put the rune back in my shirt to only hear Bofur say

"But it's full of holes!"

With that I heard Bilbo say

"It's supposed to be like that, it's crochet"

"Oh, and what a wonderful game it is too, if you got the balls for it"

As he said that I noticed that Bilbo got annoyed so I looked at Bofur to only hear Bilbo say something underneath his breath and walk away so I watched as he did to only hear Gandalf say

"My dear Bilbo, what on earth is the matter?"

With that I stood up next to Gandalf to only hear Bilbo say

"What's the matter? I'm surrounded by dwarves. What are they doing here?"

With that I looked at all the dwarves to only hear Gandalf say

"Oh, they're quite a merry gathering, once you get use to them"

"No offence Bilbo but I don't think he will get use to them Gandalf"

"Non taken"

With that I saw nori and Bofur fighting over a chain of sausages so I rolled my eyes to only hear Bilbo say

"I don't want to get use to them. The state of my kitchen- there's mud trod into the carpet, they've pillaged the pantry; I'm not even going to tell you what they've done to the bathroom"

With him saying that I tried to hold back a laugh to only hear him say

"They've all but destroyed the plumbing. I don't understand what they are doing in my house"

With that I looked around to only hear ori say

"Excuse me. I'm sorry to interrupt, but what should I do with my plate?"

With him saying that I saw that Bilbo opened his mouth to say something instead he was interrupted by fili saying

"Here you go, ori, give it to me"

With that he takes the plate from him and threw it kili so I watched as he did. As he threw it to kili I saw kili throw it behind his back to Bifur who by the way is standing at the sink in the kitchen and to see Bifur catch it so I smiled to only see everyone else throw the plates, Bowles and utensils at each other and eventually in the sink to be washed so I watched what was going on to only hear Bilbo say

"Excuse me, that's my mothers west farthing crockery, it's over a hundred years old!"

And to see him walk into the kitchen so I followed him. As we got in the kitchen I heard him say

"Can- can you not do that? You'll blunt them!"

"Oh,You hear that lads? He says we'll blunt the knifes"

With that I heard kili singing so I looked at him to see him signalling the other dwarves to throw him more stuff so I smiled to only hear the dwarves sing a long with kili.

"Blunt the knives, bend the forks
Smash the bottles and burn the corks
Chip the glasses and crack the plates
That's what Bilbo Baggins hates!
Cut the cloth and tread on the fat
Leave the bones on the bedroom mat
Pour the milk on the pantry floor
Splash the wine on every door
Dump the crocks in a boiling bowl
Pound them up with a thumping pole
And when you've finished, if they are whole
Send them down the hall to roll
That's what Bilbo Baggins hates!"

With that Bilbo walked into the dining room with the a scared look on his face so I laughed to only see him look at the pile of dishes on the table with a calm look so I laughed more to only hear everyone else laugh. As we where laughing we all heard a knock at the door and at that moment everyone stopped to only hear Gandalf say

"He's here".
