Everyone didn't know what to say "well why are you here!?" The lady got even more angry "w-we where r-running away f-from those t-things we jumped buildings" I said she looked at us "are y'all infected?" "N-no" we showed our arms and legs "ok how old are y'all" she said as she sat down. "Where in Highschool" "High School?" She shook her said and had a sad expression "children should not have to experience these and if you refer yourself as young adults they don't deserve that to"

"Well since your not infected, you young, and you seem useful do you want to stay with me?" She gave a kind look like she may have had a child before but now is gone... "Yes please mam" Jenny said "so I smell something cooking" "um yeah we have some left" she smiled and took a plate "well the outside is crawling with them if you wondered , when I seen you guys and you told me how you guys where young and not infected I could not just kick you out?" She frowned

Us humans have to stay together? We smile "so um what's your name ?" I asked the lady Kate, "and yours?" "I'm Cherry , *points to Rose* that's Rose , *points to Jenny * that's Jenny" "nice names did you guys set the mall alarm off?" She said as she ate "um heh y-yeah" she laughed "dangerous But! Funny" she had humor that's good.

•Time skip• (yep to lazy and run out of Ideas so imma skip a little)

"And here's your rooms", we had our own rooms "the workers would stay here so there's rooms here to sleep in" I went into my room and grabbed my panda out of my backpack and hugged it close , I felt a tear rolling down my cheek and started to sob, "Cherry do you-" "Cherry what's wrong?" She sat on the bed next to me.

"R-Rose I can't do this..." "Cherry ..." "NO Rose I'm weak I can't" Rose hugged me "Cherry you can... Remember when I was weak" she took her bracelets showing her scars , "you had to be strong for me and not give up for me" she said looking at the scars made me remember the hard times and even the worse times when I ran from my home at night just to go to Rose house and talk to her.

Even the time when she was in the hospital on life support... It was the hardest thing ever... Rose kept hugging me and I stopped crying she let go of me and smiled "you going to be ok" she placed the hair that was in my face behind my ear. And we smiled.
