Chapter 4: He's a Gay!!

Not sure whether I did the justice with the plot or not.

"Hey Jess!!" Joe screams from behind as Jessica walks to the library.

"Hey Harry, Sup?"

"So, How are your dance sessions going on?"  He asks as they together enter the library

"Shh stupid! Everyone would know" Jess speaks up instantly to lower his voice down and looks around to check if anyone was listening

"Ooops, sorry!" he apologizes as they both grab chairs out of the extended library tables and sit opposite to each other

"So how are they going, by the way?" Harry seems curious

"Awesome, we've just started practicing new moves." Jess says as she turns the pages of half-finished  'Jane Eyre'

"Great!" Harry sighs as he watches Jessica getting lost in the description of tough years of Jane at Lowood Institution as a student and then as a teacher. After a while he breaks the silence by "Jess!" but he speaks louder than needed. "Silence!" The librarian shrieks immediately. Jess giggles a little at this and through her stare, asks Harry why he is calling her

"I wanna tell you something" He whispers in remarkably low voice

"What is it?" Jess imitates him which makes him laugh. Loudly!

"Shh!" The librarian stares at Harry and her stare scares him, completely

"I better go out" He coughs and tells Jess to meet him in the cafeteria. She shakes her head in agreement.

Jess attends her economics lecture and then reaches for the cafeteria where she finds Harry already waiting for her at the back.

"What is it, Master Joe?" Jess thumps his back from behind and shocks him

"Oh you're here" Harry is just about to start  "So how's Louis doing at the classes?"

Jess gives him a weird look

"Don't look at me like that. I'm just asking for you know information!" He explains

Jess gives an honest reply  "Well He's doing good. Just needs some practice. That's it."

And then starts his inquiry "So has anyone of you initiated something?"

Jessica narrows her eyes "What do you mean?"

"You know what I mean. Has anything started going on between you two?" Harry narrows his eyes as well

"Harry shut up. He's just my dance partner." Jess clarifies but he doesn't find her voice convincing

"You too know I'm a very clever person--"

"No you are not!"

Harry neglects the interruption and continues "Yes I am. I have been observing things very minutely and I noticed some bounce in Louis' behavior when we went for movie last night. He seemed much upbeat and cheery than usual. And I noticed the same change in your behaviour as well. So are you yourself going to tell me what has happened till now or do you want me to dig up this case further?" 

This makes Jess think about telling Harry what she feels about Louis. But as Jess knows they meet regularly and what kind of chatter box Harry is, she decides to keep this thing to herself

"Well Mr. Sherlock Holmes, your investigations over such stupid things don't impress me. If there was anything as such, I would have blabbered it before you instead of setting up any inquiry. So detective, please take a step back and let me go. I'm late for my classes." says Jess and steps forward to leave. It is when Harry says "He's a gay."
