"The Rave" has already proved to be a ladder to reach the dreams for most of the people. Certainly, Jessica is one of them. The management is very concerned about the participants and that's the another reason for this fest becoming so popular. It's been only two months and this fest has become famous already.

Apart from being popular, "The Rave" has got many talented people as its participants. Obviously, this is going to lead to a tough competition among them. This is what sometimes scares Jessica. But Louis is always there telling her to be strong and keep practicing. He makes her laugh to wash off her nervousness. This is bringing them close to each other as the days are passing by.

Anyways, Jess and Louis are friendly by nature. This duo has already made many friends in the fest. And most of the time, they are the center of humorous attraction since they make most of their friends chuckle over even silly things. That's a good quality I must admit.

But as I said, there is a tough competition as well. After two months, a very careless Jess realizes that her childhood friend is also attending "The Rave". Miranda is not actually her friend but since they used to play together back then, you might call her a 'friend'. Miranda gives a tough competition to Jessica. She has opted for 'Salsa' and she's damn amazing at that. Naturally that makes Jessica jealous. But these girls do talk to each other very nicely. Sometimes they just become sarcastic to each other.

One day, while Louis is practicing his moves, Jess sits on to their stairs and watches Miranda and her partner practicing. She observes them for minutes. After some time, she says to Louis "Lou, what do you think about Miranda?"

"Who's Miranda?" He looks in the direction Jess is looking "Oh, she? She's good. She's a very good dancer."

"Better than me?" Jess looks up at him

"Erm what kind of question is that?"

"A serious one!" says she cynically

"I mean, that's not a question Jess, just not, no!" Louis hesitates

"No really, I wanna know, is she a better dancer than me?"

Louis stares Miranda and then Jess and then Miranda and then Jess. He finally sighs "Yes."

"Great! that means I need to practice hard. Oh, I will!" this reply from Jess was certainly not expected by Louis. He thought she'd be angry but she took it in rather a positive manner. He smiles at her for that.

"You'll get better" and he continues his practice with her. After about half-an hour, they get tired up. They sit down on the floor and start sipping their energy drinks. This time, Jess again watches Miranda and her partner practicing their salsa. They are really wonderful.

"Lou!" she says after minutes of observation

"what is it?" he retorts as he sips his drink

"Don't you think her partner likes you?" she asks in a naughty way

"Jessica please not again!" he pleads

"No seriously, I mean look at him. He's handsome, and you might have some chance with him." she giggles

"You don't wanna date him?"

"He looks so gay. Thought, he'd be good for ya."

Louis' eyes-brows lift up "Lord, Jess I know you're very desperate about me getting into a relationship. But you just cannot start it with every gay you see, now stop it!"

"I'm not going to" she chortles and gets up to meet him.

"Hi Miranda!"

Miranda looks at her. She just doesn't like such kind of interruption in her rehearsal. She neglects her but her partner notices Jess and replies her with a 'hello'. Miranda has no choice but to introduce them
