Mikey was sleeping in bed right as morning exercises is about to begin.

Raph: Get up Mikey you Runt.

Mikey: ( yawn) what

Raph: enough Mikey just get out of bed you runt.

That's what Mikey thought Raph said he didn't like it when his brothers call him runt, shorty, idiot, crybaby, and baby brother.

( during morning exercises)

Raph : come on attack me runt

Mikey attacks his brother even when Raph sprains his ankle and Donnie had to get him away from Raph because he was sweeting, in pain, and unconscious. Everyone was tending to Raph as Mikey goes outside to get some fresh in his shame of hurting his brother by calling him a runt.

Chris: well look who it is it's Michelangelo.

Mikey: Razar!

Chris: Master Shredder would love to see you.

Mikey: tell him he will just have to wait.

The dog ninja knocked Mikey unconscious and carried him to Shredder's lair.
