"Hey Scorpion, Scorpion!"
I desperatly yelled as I tried to keep up with his furious walk, he didn't seem to get tired at all though my feet hurt with each step. It became harder to dodge the brenches of hungry trees as I often fell and almost got devoured yet he didn't even glance at me. If we don't find exit soon I will colapse from exhaustion and he wouldn't even notice. My vision was limited as I didn't manage well in the dark, still a bright figure was more and more in the distance each moment that passed. With my last remaining strength I involuntarily cried out
"You are such an asshole, fine I will just die here. Have fun explaining that to Quan Chi".
Did he hear me? I was still conscious somehow but my legs wouldn't move no matter how hard I tried. The sound of snapping branches awoken me and my heart almost stopped, it wasn't hard to see what had awoken me, by the time my vision has cleared up Scorpion was standing in front of me glaring with his pupilless eyes silent for a bit. I didn't care at this point, the tree can devour me, I couldn't stand him yelling at me at this moment. "Just what do YOU think you are doing?",
he tried to pull me on my feet. Oh no Scorpy, I had that much strength left to resist your grip.
"I cannot walk, if you would've listened an hour ago we wouldn't come to this!"
Ouu of remorse or whatever was happening in his brain this time gently he sat next to me.
"Here, "
he said giving me a bottle which contained water which I drank as fast as I could,
"don't freaking chocke on it!"
"Mhm thanks... "
His movements were clumsy as he put my head against his shoulder giving me a fitting position to rest.
"Sleep, I don't need it. You need to rest and I'll try to keep you warm so don't worry about that"
I barely remember his words as I was soundly asleep as soon as I felt warmth going through my body.
"I found the way out, we should be there by the morning"
I felt relieved, that went better then I expect. "You know Scorpion, you can be really a really nice guy if you want to" I said as I quickly dozed off.
