Chapter One

"There's something I've been wanting to tell you for a long time now Imogen" i said. "Same here Violet" Imogen said........

Whoa whoa whoa... let's start from the beginning.

My names Violet, I'm 17 and I'm lesbian. I've been lesbian my whole life and I'm in love with my straight best friend, Imogen. Me and Imogen have been friends since 8th grade and we're in 12th now so we've been friends for 5 years now. Soo I guess that's it's, we'll bye bye now. .-.

I got of Monday morning to get ready for school. I grabbed jeans, a gray hoodie, and converse. Then I headed down stairs for breakfast. My parents weren't up yet, so I grabbed a poptart and ate and played on my phone until Imogen texted me she was here to pick me up.

Imogen: I'm outside waiting for you

Me: okay

So I grabbed my backpack and headed out the door, and then jumped into Imogen's car and me and her headed off to school. "So how are you doing Imogen" I asked, with a questioning look on my face. "I'm great, my crush since 8th grade asked me out" she said with a shriek. "That's just great" i said to myself. "That's awesome Imogen!" i said in excitement and a little smile on my face as i look out the window.  So when we got to school, Imogen parked her car, and we went to our classes until lunch. When we got our lunch we sat at the table we always sit at and talked the whole time. After lunch we went to the remainder of our classes, then school ended and we could go home. "Would you like a ride home Violet?" Imogen asked. "No thanks, i'm gonna walk home" i replied. "Okay, talk to you later, bye" Imogen said as she was walking away to her car. I started walking home when i started having feelings for Imogen, i realized that.....that......i loved her. I really loved her but i couldn't tell her, and plus she had a boyfriend so she would never go out with me anyway........"What am i supposed to do" i said to myself as i start crying all the way to my house....
