Chapter Twelve

Five years later...

Violet's P.O.V

Now it has been five years of me and Imogen dating and I was finally ready to pop the question, If she was going to marry me...

I decided to ask her on a date. We were going to a restaurant and then to go watch the sunset, it was going to be the best proposal ever. So I texted Imogen and asked if she wanted to go on a date. "Hey Imogen" I said. "Hey Violet, what's up?" Imogen asked. "Nothin much, it wanted to know if you wanted go on a date tonight?" I asked. "Of course I would!" Imogen said. "Okay be there around 5p.m." I said. "Okay bye". So it was 5 o'clock and I was heading to go pick Imogen up. I was so excited and nervous at the same time. We headed to dinner and the waiter seated us at our table and we ordered our drinks and food. When our food got to us and Imogen and I started eating she stared to have a heart attack! So I called 911 and they got there as soon as possible. "Hello 911 what's your emergency?" The operator asked. "My girlfriend just had a heart attack and collapsed on the ground!" I said in fear not knowing what to do. "What's your address?" The operator asked and I told her. "Okay they are on their way" the operator said and I hung up. In the next five minutes the were there and they put Imogen and headed to the hospital. I jumped into my car and followed the ambulance. Once they go to the hospital, they hurried and took her to one of the rooms to revive her. I went to the front desk and said I was there for my girlfriend and the lady told me what room she was in. I walk into the room and there she was laying in the hospital bed breathing wit her eyes closed. I talked to her doctor and he said she had cancer. "So what's wrong with her doctor?" I asked with a worried look on my face. "Well she has cancer" the doctor said. "Oh my gosh, is she gonna make it?" I said with a worried look on my face. "I'm not sure yet, I'm gonna run a few test to see if she'll make it or not" the doctor said as he walked out the door. After about 15/20 minutes the doctor came back with the results on Imogen's tests. "So what are the results, will she make it or not?" I asked. "Well she is....
