The Valentine Brothers had fallen, every ghoul and almost every soldier killed, twice. An older gentleman stepped before Integra. "Sir Integra," He handed her a gun. "Your lack or preparation was the result of men losing their lives, you have to put an end to it." I then jump between them and growl deep and dangerous. "Shade I know you want to say something so just say it." Ordered Integra. "It's not her fault, I should have attacked Jan sooner than this would never have happened, so I'm responsible not.." Integra raises a hand. "Enough Shade." She said. I step back then I walk away.
I was sitting on the roof looking to the sunset. Watching the colors shift to black. Unfallen tears in my eyelids still. "A very hard puppy to find aren't you." I grab a piece of shattered glass and charge him. His hand wraps my throat and he slams me into the concreate roof. "Why are you fighting me you idiot? Are you that desperate to die?" He asked breathing. Tears fell from my eye lids, blood tears. "Hh?'' He questioned. "Shade is a name I never wanted, Shade the darkest of all Crescent hounds was given to me. I wear your red to hide his presence, chant the new moons gift and hold him tight." I mumble as he tilts my neck to one side. "A newer and better master perhaps?" He asks. I nod having nothing else to say.
Seras stood on the other side of the room, looming in the shadows and I was leaning against the wall by the painting. Trying like hell to get rid of the soreness in my neck. The men in the room with us was the mercenary group The Wild Geese, and there leader Pip Bernadette was having complications in regards to explaining the reasoning's for being in this large estate. "My god you people I can't think of any other way to put this so here is, they're going to be paying us to kill monsters." He had replied. I roll my eyes. "Monsters you've got to be kidding me." Said Another. "It's true, and my master will explain." I reply looking to Integra who just walked in. "As my collage explained already, the enemies are immortal creatures who sustain themselves by drinking human blood. Your job gentleman is to fight these monsters using bullets, garlic and holy water. Put a stake through its heart, cut off its head, burn the corpse. Scatter the ashes at a cross roads. For further instructions consult Bram Stoker." She finished with a smirk in place. "Man that's just ridiculous." Said a deeper voiced male. I growl low. "You believe in your own vision, such cowards." I state. "For those of you who still need convincing, I present to you a genuine vampire." Said Integra who pointed to Seras in the back. "Oh no, just hold on, you, you are really a vampire?" The Captain questioned scratching his chin. "Yes, I am. Hello." She replies. She smiles and he just laughs, while everyone else follows. "I get the feeling there laughing at me Sir." She then stated. "Then show them something to make then stop police girl." Ordered Integra. "Right of course Sir! Come on." She said followed by a snap of fingers. The Captain laughed again. "If this is supposed to be a vampire then I'm Frankenstein's monster." He said walking towards her like a zombie. Police girl then flicks him, once, twice, and three times. "She's some kind of monster." He bellowed as he held his bloody head. "I don't believe it you're really telling me that girl is a vampire." He asked. "Damn right she is." Said Alucard. His red coated arms stick out from the painting behind me and hold me to him. I growl and fight his grip. I then morph into my canine self and I face him growling as my red cloak Anderson gave me in the mail, falling flat in his hand. "Nothing to pathetic." He pondered. I shift to normal. "You idiot, do I look like a toy to you?" I growl out snatching my cloak and walking out of the room. "A werewolf?" Question the Captain. "Sir Permission to be excused?" I ask. "Certainly." She replies. "Wait!"
