Saying goodbye

Amu's pov
Just like that he packed his things and left. "Don't worry about the money. I don't need it anymore..." Were his last words to me before just walking away. He left me!!! I crumpled to the ground, tears pouring out of my eyes. Why!!! What a jerk! "Amu... Sweetie, come inside." Mother tried picking me up. I yanked my arm out of her grasp. "No!" I sobbed. She sighed and crouched next to me. "Your father told me what happened. Amu... Do you love him?" She asked. L-love him? I looked up at her. "Y-yes.. But he doesn't love me! Did you not see him walk away?!" I began to sob again. My mother sighed and caressed my face. "Tell him that... Tell him your feelings, he will listen. Honey... The reason he walked away was because he cares too much to see you get hurt when he actually completed the job." She explained. My heart stopped. R-really? Ikuto you... You did this for me? Warm tears pooled at my eyes and I stood up. "R-right! I can't say goodbye! Because I love him and I'm not letting love pass me by anymore!" My mother smiled and I took off running toward the direction Ikuto went. My mother waved to me as I ran. "Good luck! May you find him and tell him the true feelings you harbor for him..." My mothers voice echoes in my mind. I run harder. Where did he go? First I run back to my apartment but he isn't there. I should check with Utau. I whipped out my phone and texted her.

Amu's Text: Utau!! I need your help! I've lost your brother. He just up and left and I need to know if you know where he went. I'll explain the details later but I really need your help!

I pressed send and then ran out of my apartment. I quickly call Ikuto but he didn't answer. I cursed. "Dammit!" Suddenly I got a text from Utau.

Utau's text: yeah you better explain everything! But if I know my brother than he probably went to Easter. They always meet him in that old abandoned hotel so check there. Don't forget I want details!!

I smiled, great! I ran and ran for how ever long it was until I reached the abandoned hotel. Please don't let it be too late! Rushing through the doors I was greeted by empty space. No! Running up the lobby stairs I hear a man curse. "Dammit, where's that Tsukiyomi guy at?!" He shouted. I halted. He's not here? Oh no I need to leave! "He's with the boss dumbass!" Another man shouted. I held my breath. So he is here! The money!! Oh no! He's probably getting beat up because he doesn't have the money!! I start digging through my purse for the check but a shadow catches my eyes. I look up just as something hard hits me on the back of the head and I'm out cold.

Ikuto's pov
I can't face Amu now. She's called me and so has Utau but I've ignored them. I can't face Amu. I just walked away from her, no explanation. I'm so cruel. How could I use her for money? I fell completely in love with her. I couldn't see her face when I got what I wanted and then left her after wards? It would break my heart and ultimately hers. Suddenly I get another call from Utau, this time I answered it. She won't stop until I give some sort of answer. "Yes?" I asked dully. She huffed. "What happened with you and Amu??" She asked angrily. Huh? Did Amu tell Utau something?? I sigh. "I can't use Amu to get money for Easter. I just can't." I confess. "WHAT?! You mean she hasn't found you yet?? Aren't you with Easter now??" She asked. Huh?! Amu's looking for me?! "I was never with Easter! Is Amu looking for me?!" I start to get an uneasy feeling. "I told her you were probably with Easter at the old hotel. She's there right now! She's not answering her phone so I figured you guys confessed your love to each other..." I suddenly grow very angry. "UTAU AMU IS IN DANGER NOW!" Hanging up I get another call- this time it's Amu. Is she okay?! I answer it quickly. "AMU-" I'm cut off. "Now now. I was beginning to think you weren't going to answer. Your girlfriend, the walking check book, she's here with us. I don't think she's happy that you didn't show up. Are you my darling?" That's when I hear a strangled noise. Amu?! Oh no! I need to save her! Taking off I run as fast as I can. I need to save her! Amu I am so sorry for all of this!!!

Amu's pov
"Let me go! Ikuto won't fall for your trick!" I shout. The man smirked. "Oh but I think he will." I grit my teeth. Ikuto don't come it's a trap! They want to chain you up and starve you! They told me all the plans they have to torture you! "Oi let her go, she's not part of the plan anymore!" Ikuto announces as he steps in the room. My heart soars but then sinks as I remember. "No Ikuto leave!!" I shout out before I am hit on the head. I fall to the ground, the chains around me rattling on the floor. "I said let her go!" He sounded so angry. I opened my eyes. It my vision was blurry. Ikuto needs to leave! No! I need to pay. "M-my purse.." I mutter. "Huh?" The strange man asks. I try pointing to my bag but I was so weak from being hit on the head and all the chains tied on me. Ikuto must realize what I mean because he shakes his head. "I won't let you pay for my freedom Amu." He states. I get teary eyes for some reason. He cares for me so much. "I love you Ikuto!" I call out, sitting up slightly so I could see his face. He was shocked but he then smiled. "Amu I-" he was cut off. "Enough of this sappy love shit! I want my damn money!!" The man shouted. "Honey bumpkin what in the world are you doing?! I told you we were meeting y parents to tell them I was pregnant! And you promised that when we started dating you would stop doing this! Release them! Or else!" Came a women's voice. I looked over to see a beautiful women. The man who held us captive slumped forward. "But honey they owe me money! I wanted it so we could build a baby room." He whined. I sighed. Really? His wife glared. "I swear! I'm so sorry I didn't mean for my husband to do this." The women apologized and grabbed her husband by his ear and dragged him away, tossing Ikuto a key as she did so. He rushed over to me and unchained me. Once I was released I threw my arms around him, crying instantly. "Ikuto!!!" I sobbed. "I'm so sorry Amu. I didn't mean for that to happen! Please forgive me!" I hugged him tighter. I love you Ikuto. "Ikuto you jerk! You left me! I thought we had a deal?! I love you Ikuto. Please don't leave me!" I cry out. He hugs me tighter. "I love you too Amu..." I pull to look at him, I need to make sure this is real. He looks down at me as well. That's when he leans down, his eyes closing. Oh my gosh we're going to kiss! But... it's okay. Because I love Ikuto and I want him to be safe and happy. I close my eyes too and soon enough our lips are connected. "Mmmm!" I love you so much Ikuto! Don't ever let me go again!!

Okay so how was this chapter?! Sorry I haven't updated in ages but what can I say? I had majors writers block plus I have a bunch of other stories to publish and update and write as well.
