History of Secret Monarchy

For years the S.I.M.D.I.A tracks down the people whom where reported to have symptoms of the radiation. Those whom are genetically altered through inheritance of the DNA infesting matter. These people originate from a laboratory experiment guided by the Military. However during the course of the experiment human samples were needed. People who craved for power volunteered and over a hundred men participated. out of these hundred only ten survived. 

These men were not controlled. The military had no choice but to let them be. And so was the Secret Monarchy created. Divisions of genetically altered people doing the Military's bidding or what ever they want. However as generation passes the evolution of the genetic material infested strongly. Wars broke and only six divisions remained.

Each had a king and through the recent society they decided to make those monarchy hidden under names of Mafia. Even as those division abide to the military's idea. They did not stop. So far they are uncontrollable. The S.I.M.D.I.A has taken upon themselves to research an anti-matter that would dissolve the genetic mutation.
