I wake up and I see that I'm in a hospital bed or something. I see faces over me and all of them are happy.

"Are you alright? Lucy asks.

"Uh...yeah...I'll be fine." I respond.

"Um...I just wanted to say thanks again for what you did back there..." Gray says as he scratches his head

"Its no problem." I say as I get out of the bed.

"I think you should rest more." Wendy says

"I'll be fine, Wendy." I respond.

"What's that?" Gray asks

"What's what? Where?" I ask him.

"On your arm." Gray says.

I look at my arm and I see what Gray was talking about. There's a weird golden pattern on it. 

"Hmm...I don't know." I say. "It looks cool though!"

"It must be one of the effects of using that spell." Makarov says.

"Huh? How'd you know about it?" I ask him.

"Sometimes when a spell is cast it sends off a certain feeling or energy." Makarov explains. "That spell sent off energy I've never felt before."

"Well...I've never used that spell before." I say honestly.

"What?!?!" Everyone yells.

"Why would you use that spell if you weren't sure what it was capable of?!?!" Makarov says "Do you know how reckless that was?!?!"

"It was a risk I was willing to take. I didn't want things to stay that way." I say.

"And what about what I said-" Gray brings up his statement from before but I cut him off

"Yeah. I'm very aware of that..." I say. "I felt kinda bad about it but like I said...I wanted to change things."

"Hmm...but what were you trying to say earlier...you know before you collapsed..." Gray asks.

I think back to then, the things that happened, and the things that were said.

"I was trying to say that there was no way I'd let you die..." I say. "And Natsu...um..."

"Hmm? What is it?" Natsu asks.

"I'm sorry for putting you in that situation. I know that it must have been difficult for you." I say.

"Its alright." Natsu says cheerfully.

"Really? I'm glad." I respond.
