His name is Jack Johnson. Jack worked as an accountant. He was twenty-two years old. Johnson worked for an accountant office. The office is located on the thirteenth floor in a building that is located on Wall Street.

A sunny Monday morning, jack arrived to his office. He saw that his white coffee cup seemed dirty. Johnson went to the office's kitchen to wash his coffee cup. He posed the cup on the brown counter. The accountant opened the cupboards doors below the lever. He bent to find a cleaning fluid. The young man saw a bleach bottle. He thought "my coffee cup is white and the bleach serves to wash the white." Jack took the bleach bottle. On the bleach bottle, we could read on the red etiquette in bold character :

BLEACH CONCENTRATE DILUTE BEFORE USE
⚠️WARNING⚠️
Do not ingest, no contact with the skin or the eyes. Can cause burns to the mouth, to the esophagus and to the stomach. Go immediately at the hospital in case of injection of a huge quantity, you'll die.

He did not read the warning but he saw a red octagonal pictogram with a white hand in a black glass inside. The pictogram meant corrosive. Jack did not bring focus on the pictogram. He put the bleach in his coffee cup. "If I drink the bleach, my yellowish teeth will become white ?" So he tried, he took the cup and drank the cup. This did not resembled a very good idea.

Some time later, they found him unconscious on the ground in front of his accounting office. They had to take him urgently to the hospital. The inhalation of bleach caused a bronchial irritation, accompanied by an augmentation of presure of the oxygen in the blood. The whole manifested by dyspnea : shortness of breath, feeling of choking and a cough that can stay several years.
