Even though I was in pain, excitement rushed through my veins and the realization that I was gonna stay with Black Veil FUCKING Brides hit me.

I usually don't do this but I squealed on the inside.

"You guys ready to have the best one and a half week with a black and blue 5'7 chica?!?!?" I said which took a lot of effort, and I cursed at my self afterwards because the pain in my head.

"Hell Yes" they all said except andy.

"What Andy are you jelly that someone prettier than you will be in your house?"

Ashley looked up and said "Nah he felt that way when I joined the band though"

I laughed and said I was joking but andy didn't seem amused.

"What is it?" I asked.

"Can we talk when we get to the house?"

I told him sure and then Henry walked in.

"Your free to go when you sign these papers and they have to sign them to because they are your caregivers for the next two weeks"

"Uhhh excuse you, a week and a half" I argued.

"Yeah yeah, gotta be so technical" he said and gave me a forced half smile.

"Guys before we leave can I talk to Henry alone for a minute?"

They muttered yeah's and sure's as they walked out.

I looked at Henry and told him to come sit on the bed so he did.

He looked at me and said "Sapphire why don't you come live with me instead of leaving town?"

"Because you know your wife wouldn't want that and you have a son who you need to focus on and I want to get as far away from Adam and Abby as possible."

"I just want to see you happy Sapphire, you know that's what your mother would want."

As I thought about my mother I started to feel empty and there were no more thoughts in my head.

"THIS IS AWESOMEEE!!" I screamed as my brother Damien pushed me as far as I would go on the swing.

I was 4 years old and this is the happiest memory I have.

My dad and Dean were at the grill while my mom was laughed at house exited I was that I was going pretty much 6 feet in the air.

This was before everything went downhill and my dad started doing drugs and drinking.

As I got higher I had an idea. I let go of the chains and prepared myself and once I got as high as I could go I flung myself off the swing and pregnant mother was to slow to catch me but when my dad heard my screams he turned around and leaped to catch me.

"DADDY YOU CAUGHT ME THAT WAS AMAZING DID YOU SEE HOW HIGH I WAS I FELT LIKE BATMAN DID YOU SEE DID YOU SEE?!?"

He laughed and gently set me down and said "Batman would be proud if he saw my baby girl" and he started tickling me to I ran to my mom and sat in her lap and put my hand on her belly. I was gonna have a little sister soon! I was so excited because then it would be 3 girls so the boys couldn't vote to watch stupid boy stuff on TV because the girls would all want to watch Batgirl with me!

My dad came over and put his hand over mine and kissed my mom.

"Ewww!" I got up and ran to my brothers "Gross look at mom and dad"

My brothers told me "At least they don't have food all over their mouths, now that would be gross"

We laughed and I got back on the swing.

I sighed. I love my family.

I blinked a few times and stared at Henry.

"That was the first good one.."

"I could tell, you didn't scream or kick.. you smiled." He said in a low voice. "What was it about?"

"The day before it all happened.. the cookout we had at the park. Remember you were there well when you went to go get your wife one of my happiest moments happened."

"Wow.. I missed that?" He said.

"But you caused all my other happy moments!"

He smiled and kissed my forehead.

"I'm sorry for everything that happened Sapphire"

"It's okay I'm just glad your in my life and I don't want to leave you but I have to get out of here." I whispered.

"I understand but just know I'm always here for you my little alien"

I giggled at his nickname for me.

I got up and held my rib cage as I walked to the door and opened it to see the guys standing there drinking coffee.

I stole Andy's cup and downed that bitch. I haven't had coffee since my last shift at the Coffee House.

"Wow someone likes coffee.. why me though.. why not CC?!" Andy said upset.

I giggled and walked to the front desk.

I was pretty much about to start a new life and I was ready as fuck.
