Grell x Snake

A Promise is a Promise

"Please don't do it.." Grell begged.
"I made a promise and I intend to keep it." Snake went through a box of things from his circus friends. He found Dagger's knives.
"Stop it!! Don't you do it!!" Grell hollered.
"Look away. I don't want you to have to see." Snake put a blindfold on Grell. She turned around, and tears soaked through the blindfold.
"I'm against this, but it's your wish.. I can't control it.. If you don't make it, I'll be heartbroken.. I'll take care of your snakes.." Grell was upset.
Snake through the knife into the air, and the blade landed in his forehead. Blood splattered onto the floor, and he collapsed.
"SNAKE!!" Grell ripped off the blindfold and reaped Snake's soul. She took the body and his soul to the reader hospital and waited. She went into his hospital room and sat by his bedside. They removed the knife, and his hair was stained red from the blood.
"G-Grell.." Snake put a hand over the wound. He opened his eyes, and they were the only things to change. His eyes were green instead of golden yellow.
"Snake!! I was so worried.. I thought you'd died.." Grell's face was tear-stained. She grabbed Snake's hand and held it close to her heart.
"G-Grell.. I can't see.. I'm blind.. I'm sorry for doing that.." Snake teared up.
"I'm very upset.. But I forgive you.." She slid a pair of new recruit glasses onto Snake.
"I love you Grell.." Snake took off his glasses after he saw Grell.
"No.." Grell put them back on Snake.
"I don't need them.." Snake took them off and took out the lenses.
"SNAKE!" Grell's voice rang throughout that part of the hospital.
"What??" Snake sighed.
"Don't do that!!" Grell put the lenses back into the frames.
"But I don't need them.." Snake whispered.
"But you look so cute in them.. And what about our wedding? And if we have kids?" Grell put the glasses on Snake again.
"Then I'll wear them.. But only for you.." Snake felt his wound.
"Stop that.. You'll open the wound up again.." Grell pushed Snake's hand down.
"Please.. Take me somewhere.. Anywhere that isn't here.." Snake hated the hospital.
"I'll check you out. Then we can walk around or go to my house." Grell gave Snake some clean clothes and left so she could check him out of the hospital. A nurse flirted with her, thinking Grell was male.
"Ow.. Alright.. Let's do this and be careful.." Snake got changed and walked over to Grell.
"Let's go Snake." Grell held Snake's hand and they went to Grell's house.
"I made a room for your snakes.." Grell opened a door to a room. It looked similar to the greenhouse.

(A/N: I'm starting to get very angry and depressed.. One of my favorite AoT characters is dead now, and the death was terrible. Grrrr people can't just kill off important people like that..)
