Chapter 19.

Rose's P.O.V.

There was this one and only word that described my feelings at this very moment. This one little word, with so much behind it. This little word that I can rely on, even if I don't want to. This little word was my friend, it stayed by my side for the longest time. This little word that tears me apart. This little word that could be my saving but also can be my death. This little word whispers my name, everytime it thinks I need it. Nobody wants to know this little word, they want the opposite of it. This word is the only one I know right now. Confusion.

I finally got permission to go downstairs. I didn't answer Jack's question though. It's too complicated for me. I have to sort some things out. I walked into the basement and saw Isabella hugging with Finn. I felt a little bit of betrayment, but I knew Isabella was obsessed with that guy, so I was okay with it. Jack walked right after me. I heard him sniff a couple of times. I turned around. "What's wrong, you muppet?" I wiped a couple of tears away. "It's just that.. My brother is able to make it up to Isabella but you didn't answer my question.." That was it. I broke. I couldn't take this any longer. I grabbed him by his arm and pulled him into a very tight hug. He hugged me back without a doubt. He lifted me up and my legs slipped around his waist. "You did broke my heart Jack, and you beat me up, but I can't stay mad at you. You are the only person in the whole wide world who I think of twentyfour seven. I really care about you and I hope you care about me too. Even though I was your punching bag for one day, I love you. I love you to the moon and back." I was crying. Not out of sadness. Out of luck. He pulled away. He looked me deep in his eyes. "I love you Rose, I love you since day one. I can't imagine my life without you anymore. When I said I want to marry you, I was serious. I am serious about this. I want you to be mine, I want you to be mine and stay mine. So.. What is your answer to my question..?" He bit his lip out of nervousness. I sighed and waited for a couple of seconds. "Yes, I promise." I smiled at him. He sighed in relief, picked me up and twirled me around in the air. "I love you so so so much." He whispered into my ear. He put me down softly and kissed me. "But, I want you to answer my question too.." I asked him. "What is it my love? Anything for you." He smiled at me. I paused for a couple of seconds. "Why did you kidnap me and Isabella?"
