I'm looking at my phone and debating whether or not to answer it. I mean, Chris is my boyfriend but I need space from him. I decline the call and continue to watch the movie. Around ten minutes later, my phone buzzes.
Chris
"You better apologise to me or I'll say adios bitch"
What the actual fuck? Why am I in this relationship? I put my phone away and all I can think about is that stupid fucking text. I want to tell Luke but he will end up getting mad and get in trouble by mum again after what happened the last time with Chris' family.
It was 2 years ago, Luke was in his final year of high school. He had a girlfriend called Emily who seemed to be a lovely person. One night when Luke was at a party, he saw Emily making out with Chris' older brother Max. That set him right off and on the Monday at school, Luke punched Max and started a big fight. The school suspended Luke for two weeks and let's just say that mum was not best pleased.
Even to this day, Luke isn't allowed to go near Chris' house incase anything happens.
