After Yoona has been found, she was taken away to the R-System. Her home was burned leaving no trace. Her brother's where abouts are unknown. She became a slave to the R-System along with Erza and the Others

Erza and The Others' Prison Cell

Yoona: how long are we gonna stay here? *crying*

Erza: You need to calm down and stop crying. They might punish us if they heard you and saw you crying

Yoona: *sobs*

Jellal: don't worry about anything :D it's gonna be alright

Simon: Calm Down! Just breathe!

Yoona: let me out of here!!! *banging on the cell door*

Guard: hey! Stop that! *electro shocks Yoona*

Yoona: ungh! *falls unconscious*

Simon: Yoona! How could you?!

Guard: you want it too?! *shocks Simon*

Simon: aghhhhh!!!!

And So, Erza and the others has been freed from the R-System by rebelling against them. Erza and Yoona managed to Escape but Jellal and the others stayed behind And rebuilt the R-System. Fairytail has destroyed R-System years after Yoona got lost in the woods and collapsed, where she was Protected and raised by Cridel the Heaven Dragon.
