I let my bloody mask speak for me. Monotone, and saying nothing. I don't care who these people are or how famous they are. In this new world, everyone's a threat.

Frost was still growling beside me, she doesn't know anyone but me.

There was more moaning behind me and Frost.

"Oh shit. More if them!" Minx yelled, pulling out her gun. I turned around, only to see five more Wlalkers. I put up my hand to stop her.

"Don't. You'll just attract more than this," I said. "Just leave it to me."

I started running towards the walking dead. Frost doesn't get involved in these types of attacks. She only helps with living intruders. Which is why she's staying with the group of YouTubers.

With my momentum, I rammed my dagger into the first one's head. An insta-kill. The second one got a bandaged foot to the head. Another kill. Don't even ask how. My dagger went into three more dead-heads-exuse my pun-before I called Frost over to me, using a soft whisper.

She came to me immediately. We started running back to the tree before it could get darker. I was ignoring the people behind me. They don't need me. They were lucky I even thought about helping them, never mind actually helping.

With half a decade of fighting off Walkers, you learn how to run pretty fast. Which is why I was surprised when the group of six YouTubers were able to keep up with me. Frost was right beside me, as I'm always happy she is.

We made it back to the Tree in under ten minutes. Well, the house anyway. I ran through the front door, before shutting it behind me and running to the back doors. I didn't lock the front doors. They would come in and not see me if I was in the Tree.

But, I just made it out the back door with frost when the other six entered the house. I heard them calling out. I knew they saw me; as their voices came closer to Frost and I. I rolled my eyes that were hidden by my mask.

They don't get it when a girl runs away, do they? I heard them panting from behind.

Finally, I turned around. The only person who was standing straight was Minx. Albeit, she was panting lightly.

The only sound was panting for the next few minutes, before Ken spoke up.

"What the hell happened back there?" he seemed pretty calm about this, but it wasn't something that would put someone in panic mode.

"A herd attacked you while I was walking by," I said in a monotone voice, matching my mask. "I helped. Problemo?"

"No. But you took five of them on by yourself. That deserves some sort of explanation." Ian said.

I tossed the idea of explaining things over in my head. It wasn't the worst idea, but it wasn't the best either.

Both ways, I knew I would regret it in one way or another.
