This won't ever go viral
I'm sure of that
Nobody will see it
And I'm sure that's a fact
But that's not a problem
It don't bother me
Because that's typical
Of poetry
It's got quite a stigma
Throughout the years
People rather avoid it
Out of nothing but fear
That they won't understand it
That it's "too elite"
But that is just nonsense
That peers leave at your feet
No, this won't ever go viral
Unless people change
And embrace poems
Instead of thinking them strange
