Fluttershy in Wonderland

Chapter 20

(This chapter and the Epilogue will be shorter than the other chapters.)

As Fluttershy's eyes remained shut, she could here someone calling her name. It was faint at first, so she opened her eyes to see who it was. But as she opened her eyes, Fluttershy found herself surrounded by total darkness with nobody around.

"Fluttershy! Fluttershy!" The voice called.

"H-Hello? Who's there?!" Fluttershy asked as she tried to stand up and look around.

"Fluttershy! Fluttershy!" The voice called again.

The voice was coming from above and when Fluttershy looked up, she saw a great pillar of light shining above her head. She then started to slowly get up and walk toward the light, and the light began to get brighter and brighter within every step. As Fluttershy walked into the light, everything started to turn white and she could smell fresh air. She then began to feel dirt in her hands as she started to climb up a dirt-like hill. Once she reached the top, Fluttershy noticed that she was in the woods!! She heard the voice call her name again and when she looked, she saw an opening to the garden where the engagement party she had was still there!!!

Apparently time hasn't changed at all since Fluttershy left and fell down the rabbit hole!! But that's impossible!! How could time not move if....it was a dream. It was all a dream. That's why time didn't move. And to think that she had been gone for months when she was in Wonderland, could have only been hours in reality.  At that moment, Fluttershy felt like crying as she remembered everything that happened when she was in 'Wonderland'. Even when Discord had to send her away back to her world.

Discord...a name that only brought more tears to Fluttershy's eyes. Since Fluttershy realized that Wonderland was nothing but a dream, she figured that Discord wasn't real at all!! Just another figment of her imagination. As soon as she realized that, the tears began to stream down her face. She remembered that Discord told her not to cry, but she couldn't help it. After all, she did just realize that the man she loves was never real.

"Fluttershy!! Fluttershy where are you?!" The voice called again.

Fluttershy looked up and wiped her tears. She noticed that the engagement party was still going on. Though she didn't want to go back, there were a couple of things that she has to say. Once she entered out of the woods and back into the garden where the party was, all of the people were snickering and asking each other, 'What's taking Fluttershy so long?'

And then out of the blue, to where the entrance to the forest was; stood Fluttershy looking absolutely tired as her dress was ripped and covered in dirt.

"Oh my goodness, Fluttershy!!!" Rarity exclaimed as she run toward Fluttershy and was followed by her other friends.

"What happened?!" Twilight asked.

"Are ya hurt sugar cube?!" Applejack asked.

"Did anyone hurt you?! I'll punch him right in the face of he did!!" Said Rainbow Dash.

"PLEASE TELL US THAT YOU'RE OK!!!" Pinkie exclaimed.

"Girls I'm fine!! I just fell down a hole, that's all." Fluttershy said blandly as she walked to the crowd.

"A hole?" Rainbow Dash asked while the others had confused look on their faces.

"It might seem strange, but in my perspective it's totally normal." Fluttershy replied as she walked through the crowd.

Fluttershy didn't want to talk to anyone at the moment but as she walked through the crowd she remembered what she had to do. She turned around to see everyone looking at her, especially Big Mac who was utterly confused by her actions.
