Recap:

“Hey! Are you okay? You seem distracted!” a voice said to me. I turned around, and there he was.

His blonde hair all tousled around, his plaid button up undone, so you could see his grey tee shirt. His old ripped jeans and neon Nike’s. He lost his braces, but still has his glasses. And those mysterious eyes. The same sea green as always. He had more blue though, whereas I was just plain green.

I guess he was checking me out too, as I saw his eyes avert to my casual clothes and new hair. My camouflaged freckles and worn out toms. I wore those shoes that night…

I then rushed up to hug him, but he had different plans…

He kissed me again…. this time, with more meaning, well, because he hasn’t seen me in like 3 years. I didn’t know what to do, so I just kissed him back. It felt like the first time… and let me tell you, it felt good kissing someone now because I haven’t in over one month.

Now everyone looked over at us. Mouths hanging open… it was like that for a while, but then Louis decided to kill the silence via sass…

“Daaaaaaaaaaaaam” he said.

I have a lot of explaining to do.

I woke up with a halt. I clenched my heart as I looked over at the alarm clock:

12:52am.

I sighed as I flopped my bed head on the pillow. I obviously had another nightmare about him. That was a sign that I should just stay up until the morning. We were leaving for London anyways today and we had to be up by 5am. I headed over to the usual spot for calming myself: the dreaded balcony.

I sat on the same bench, in the same seat, overlooking the same view. When we arrive in our designated cities, I always ask for a room with a balcony in advance. It’s the one place that I can just sit and not think about anything. Music, relationship and drama wise.

And I didn’t think about a single thing….

“Is she dead?” I could barely hear.

“No, no. I see her nose twitching.” The voice chuckled. “It’s cute, like a rabbit!”

I mentally grinned as I heard a slap from behind me. “Don’t! You’ll wake her! She’s happy right now. She hasn’t been for a long time. I could tell.” The voice who compared me to a rabbit informed the other who assumed I was cadaverous.

“Okay, but we’re leaving soon, she has to go, one way or another…”

I then felt big, muscular arms haul me up bridal style. I pretended to still be sleeping. “Does this answer your question?” I felt him grinning. Wait. Him? How did I know it was a guy? Oh yeah, I said big muscular arms, and they have deep soothing voices of angels. Hehe.

“Is she heavy?” the other asked.

“Well, she isn’t that light…. But I can manage.” He inferred. Wait… am I supposed to take that as a compliment?

I then heard more footsteps and a car door slam. We must be leaving for the airport. I then decided that I should get up, because I get motion sick. I sniffled, a signal that I was waking up. I then rubbed my eyes and took in my very dark surroundings…

We are currently on the highway, as I see mostly everyone was either listening to music or sacked out in their seats. I then remembered I put my phone in my pocket! I checked… it’s not there… hm. I usually put it in my front pocket. I then check the back pockets…
