Harry Potter Meets Raven: The Prisoner of Azkaban

The Escape

We had no recess for our lack of work, but who could blame us when we were caught up with Hogwarts? Forget that, at recess we were making an escape from school by broomstick.

At lunch, Terra, Rebecca and I were unusually quiet, which bothered the crap out of Emily.

"Someone TALK," Emily whined.

"First of all no one knows you're even here, Emily, and second, we'll ruin our reputation... As if we haven't already with our failing school work," I reminded her.

At the end of lunch the class lined up to go outside for recess. I hid three broomsticks (de ja vous, right?) under the bleachers where we'd be forced to sit and do nothing at recess, so all I had to do was poke Rebecca and Terra and we'd go to my house and then from there to London!

We headed straight to the bleachers (we had recess on this really big field). The teacher's aid was quite confident that we could never leave recess or even have recess at this rate.We sat down. Five minutes later, I poked the girls. We were ready.

"RUN!" I yelled at the top of my lungs as I dove under the bleachers to grab the broomsticks and left, to the exit of the field. The aid sent kids to come get us, but we hopped on our brooms and zoomed back down the block to my house. The kids were left there, dumbfounded. We landed on my front porch. I unlocked the door and we went inside.

I ran upstairs to get my stuff for school (Hogwarts, of course) and ran back downstairs. My friends had their belongings and we went outside to the street, where a portkey was. We grabbed it and appeared in London, England.

"Raven," Terra said, "you do know where you're going, correct?" I nodded as I opened the secret door to the Leaky Cauldron where I'd meet Harry and his friends and Terra's sisters should already be there.

Right when we walked in, we saw Ron and Hermione arguing about something. Apparently, Ron thought that Hermione's cat, Crookshanks, was trying to kill his rat, Scabbers. As they were arguing, Harry was coming down the stairs in the back. "Harry!" Ron and Hermione exclaimed.

"Raven!" Harry said ignoring them as he ran down the stairs and over to me. "Dumbledore had some news for us. This letter," he showed me. It was an envelope with the Hogwarts seal on it. He took out the letter and I read it.

Dear Harry and Raven Potter (you'll understand when I explain),

       Sorry to tell you so abruptly, but I thought it would be best for you to settle into Hogwarts first. You are both siblings. Raven, you were reborn twice. Your original parents are Lilly and James Potter.

       You are twins. You may not look alike now, but in Raven's original life, you are twins. I can't explain everything right now, but this is all I will say.

Albus Percival Wolfrick Brian Dumbledore

"Oh. My. God," I began slowly when I finished reading the letter. "I'M HARRY POTTER'S SISTER!" I shrieked probably vibrating the whole place.

Harry definitely looked satisfied at how happy I was. He also looked a bit embarrassed about how fangirly I was over it.

"Congrats," Terra said, "Better than the news I got last year. I'd rather not talk about it though.

"Yay, we're both related to celebrities!" Emily squeaked.

Rebecca didn't have any words for me, but she did smile, so that counts.

"Wait," I gasped, "What about Draco?" Emily's jaw dropped as did Hermione's.

"Malfoy is only a true friend if he can except you either way," Harry replied, putting a hand on my shoulder.

"Well, he is a bloody mean and nasty foul git," Ron added. "Not helping, Ron," Harry glared at him.

"I'll be fine," I fakely smiled at Harry.

"On a lighter note, all our school supplies are here, so no visits to Diagon Alley this year," Harry explained.

Raven seems really worried about how things will turn out between her and Draco. He already knew Harry and her were friends, but siblings? Hopefully this won't ruin things between them! P.S. Sorry if you're reading this on a computer, but I can't get Ch 1 on the computer for some reason.
