Now firstly to start clash of clans you need to download it. (Of course). Now you should start off with 1 builders hut, after that it will tell you to do stuff and buy stuff. But whatever you do don't use your gems except on your 2nd builders hut. Once you've finished the tutorial you can do what you want when you can do it. Now you will want to upgrade your town hall to unlock more things.
