This story began four years ago with one very short and simple idea. Very soon, it turned into one of the most complicated stories I've ever endeavored to write. My idea was four simple words. Robin Hood is _________! This gradually developed into a novel with 120,000 words. The third draft of this novel is still in progress, and what follow is the beginning of that draft.
