"Where do you think you're going?" Asked miss Campbell.
"Foot ball practice starts in 10 minutes I can't be late."
"Did you forget you're expelled?"
"But I'm head quarterback the team is gonna be crushed without me."
"Maybe you and Brooklyn shouldn't have leaked the finals answers."
"I didn't!"
"Well who ever did it has to cough it up sooner or later. I would suggest you just stay home and no where near school I don't need this to get anymore worse then it already is."
"Alright. I'm gonna go to my room." Jackson walked to his room and plopped on to his bed. He stared at the celling fan and to his surprise he heard something hit his window. He turned to see what it was and to his surprise it was a bullet from a nerf gun. He got up, opened the window, took the bullet off, and proceeded to close his window. "Wait!" Brooklyn yelled.
"What?" Jackson replied.
"Did you forget that if someone shoots at the others window they wanted to talk to them?"
"No."
"Then why were you closing the window?"
"I don't know. Maybe I don't want to talk to you."
"Why are you stubborn? It happened 7 years ago! Move on!"
"No Brooklyn! You did everything you could so I wouldn't date Margret!"
"I was doing it for your own good!"
"Why Brooklyn why you knew I liked her the entire 5th grade?"
"She didn't even like you she would've hurt you later!"
"Night Brooklyn!"
"Wait!.... I was just trying to be a good friend I'm sorry."
"A good friend would've let there best friend date their crush."
"You're right..."
"A-"
"Hey Jackson?"
"Yeah?"
"Did you ever think maybe Margret wasn't the only one who had a crush on you in Mrs. Peters 5th grade class?"
"No...?"
"...I gotta go.... Good night." Brooklyn quickly closed her window trying hard not to remember 5th grade and how she felt about the boy next door.
