(Alize's P.O.V)
I walk down a cracked sidewalk, it's raining; and I don't have an umbrella. I pick up my pace, I see a car pull up beside me, the driver rolls down the window and yells over the rain
"Alize! Do you want a ride?!"
I look over to the old minivan to see the bruised face of Mr. Sauder. He smiled a semi-toothless smile. I shook my head, and continued walking. He drove in front of me, and said
" Oh come on. I'm trying to be a gentleman, it's pouring and you need to get home..."
He licked his bottom lip and eyed me. I spun I my heels and ran in the opposite direction, I looked back to see he had gotten out of his car and he was gaining on me. I turned the corner and collided with a built figure. I looked up to see the familiar face of Xavier. He gently placed his hands on my shoulder and asked
"Alize what's wrong? Aren't you going home?"
I wanted to tell him that Mr. Sauder was running after me but I couldn't. He would leave. He wouldn't care about me anymore!
Xavier looked over my shoulder just as Mr. Sauder turned the corner. He gently put me behind him and yelled in rage.
"YOU! YOU NEVER LEARN DO YOU? AFTER ALL YOU ARE A TEACHER?! HOW MANY TIMES DO I HAVE TO PUNCH YOUR FUCKING FACE IN TO MAKE YOU LEARN!"
Xavier's hands were clenched so tight that the knuckles were white. Mr. Sauder laughed and said
"Move aside kid. Don't be a dick. Let me have her."
Xavier stood his ground
"No way in hell YOU PERVERTED FUCK!!"
Xavier then said to me under his breath
"Run."
I ran away from Xavier, and that perverted old man. I hope Xavier beats the hell out of him, again.

I took the long way home; I walked up the old wooden steps. I opened the door to broken bottles, plates, and furniture turned over. Mom and dad must've fought again. I entered the kitchen to see mom on the floor with a bottle of vodka next to her, she passed out drunk... I walked into my parents room to see my dad lying in his bed passed out as well.

Home Sweet Home... or what it used to be...
