~Rain's P.o.V.~
I called back the dragon to help us get to Oak, Megan, Panda and Manga. I know Manga kept us alive because she was told to, but she helped Panda through the first wave of pain from loosing Jason. Honestly, the only people I have met other than Nicole were hybrids. The rest know what it is like in the real world. I come from who knows where. "Rain." Seto was staring at me, like he could tell that something was bothering me. "Whats wrong? I can tell your sad or something. Just tell me." I looked into his eyes and lay down on the dragon's back. "I just want to know how it feels to be normal." I said, staring at the steadily darkening sky. "Talk to me Rain, I know that's not what is bothering you."
I feel like some part of me has died, but it doesnt hurt. Why?
Seto: Its because your closest friends arent with you. When a hybrid like you comes, you link yourself to the first hybrids you see.
Is that why Panda started crying when my wings were cut?
Seto: Most likely. It isnt a strong connection though, because they would have felt the exact same pain as you.
Seto.... What if we dont make it in time to save them?
Seto: We will, trust me.
Through that entire conversation we were staring into each other's eyes, the glowing becoming very intense. "Seto, you and Rain's eyes are getting really scary. They are startling me." I forgot that Sky was with us, holding on to the front scales of the dragon's back. "Dont worry Sky, we wont kill eachother, its normal. Like when you and Oak's eyes glow." "Oh, ok. Just saying though, I think your eyes are tinted pink now." Cool.
