Quadrants For Dummies

Haha the title says it all!!
This is for you non-homestuck peeps who're confused af when we say "quadrants".

Quadrants are 4 types of "love" in Troll culture.
They are:
Kissmesitude (♠)
Matespriteship (♥)
Moirailigence (♦)
Auspistism (♣)

Ok yah, you know the names, but here is what each one means:

Kissmesitude -- basically is a rivalry. Two people that hate each other a lot but don't want the other to die/get injured. You call the other person your kissmesis. Associated with the color black

Matespriteship -- the person you're currently in a relationship with. Doesn't matter wether they're a girl or a boy. You call the other person your matesprite. Associated with the color red.

Moirailigence -- they're your best friend. As well as your other half. They should balance you out, as well as be a safe place. You call this person your Moirail. Associated with the color grey

Auspistism -- oh lord. Um, ok. So Auspistism is when two people hate each other so much that they will literally try to kill each other. Annnnddd the Auspistice is the guy/girl who steps in and basically says "you two need to chill the fuck out". Associated with the color black/grey/idk

But, since this is Troll romance we're talking about here, the quadrants can interchange. Ex: maybe matesprites can flail between black and red feelings. So there you go!! Quadrants for Dummies!! (There mysticalfluffpuff now you know something about Homestuck)
