Chapter 5

●Kyungsoo's Point of view●

"Dyo!" Yuri shouted as she ran towards me.

"I can't contain my feels right now!!!", she shrieked.

"What happened?", I asked.

"I embraced Kai and he hugged me back! Oh my gosh, I'm in ecstacy", she continuously exclaimed while she is in a state of delirium.

"Okay calm down! Sigh." I sat down.

Does this mean Kai likes Yuri?

How about me?

*flashback

"So you like Kai too?" Yuri and I were bestfriends since sophomore year. She told me that the main reason why she chose to befriend me is because I am Kai's hyung and she wanted to be close to Kai.

Then I decided to confess to her that I am inlove with Kai too.

"Well, uhm... Goodluck on Kai."

"No, I don't think he will love me back. He's straight. He deserves a girl, like you." I said.

"We can't tell, what if he's not straight? We'd better find out.", she answered.

"I know him. I've been with him all the time. I know all his secrets but none of those gave me a clue that he's gay..."

"Are you sure?"

"Painfully affirmative."

*end of flashback*

"Are you crying?" Yuri knelt in front of me and took hold of my arms.

"No, I'm not..."

"Yes,you are..."

She caressed my face and showed me my tears that sticked on her fingers.

"These are nothing but tears of joy. At last, my brother have found his better half."

Yuri smiled and cuddled me, she is like a sister to me.

"I know how much you love Kai. Thanks for giving me the chance to know him better. I want to help you with anything. Just name it..."

I am so done with this feeling.

Hope is lost.

Too much problems are creeping beneath my skin.

I can handle it no more.

I should set my feelings for Kai aside and prioritize my other big problem.

"Please make a man out of me."I stated.

She just gave me a stare.

"Anything for you.", then she suddenly pulled my face with her two hands and kissed me.

●Kai's Point of View●

As of now, I'm at my favorite strolling place, the school park. But relaxing is not my objective of being here. I am determined to really find out if hyung and Yuri is really in a relationshit, I mean relationship.

It is really difficult to look for couples behind trees.

"Anything for you oppa..." I know that's Yuri.

I ran to that tree and sneaked.

This is my lucky and unlucky day.

●house

"I'm so happy that you are home mom, if only hyung was here..."

"Where's your hyung?", mom asked. It is only the two of us in the house right now and we are eating dinner together. It's 9pm and still, no hyung.

"I bet he is in a love hotel with his girlfriend.", I said bitterly.

"Really?!", mom exclaimed.

"I don't know...", I talked back.

"Well... you better... look for him, right now!" She commanded with coughs in between.

"Mom? You don't seem to be alright."

She stood up and coughed so many times making me worry.

"Do you have TB?!"I asked.

"No! I only have cough!", she shouted.

I stood up and took a glass of water for her.

"You are not okay mom." I gave her the water and she drank it, then I escorted her to her room and let her lay on the bed.

"Find your hyung. Asap!I need to tell him something...", she ordered.

I'm curious of what mom might tell hyung but as of now, the order has to be done. I ran, took my coat and skipped to the door. When I opened it there was hyung,standing and looking drunk and smells like smoke.

"Captain hook! Yaah!", he shouted and swiftly took a broom out of nowhere! He used it to beat me, thinking it's a sword...

"Hyung stop this madness!" I dodged on his attacks.

"Ha! Seems to me that you are equipped with a sturdy armor!", he stopped.

"Are you high or drunk or both?!", I shouted.

"Ahoy mate! You have the wrong guesses, but let me introduce my beautiful self! I'm Captain Kyungsoo of the Neverseas!" He is such a nincompoop. He thinks he's a stupid pirate!

I let him in and he is really out of his mind, acting wobbly and shouting "Arrr!". What a pathetic fool.

"Wait hyung, did you smoke?!", I asked.

"I smoked fine tobacco when I was sailing on my ship a while ago... " he has some crazy notions.

"Hey, snap out of it! You-are-not-a-pirate!" I slightly slapped his face.

"I am! Can't you see this hook on my left arm?!", he shouted.

"You are hallucinating hyung! Let me get you to our room." I brought him to our room and this time, he is occupying the bottom of the double deck. He can't sleep above, he thinks he's a pirate and he might see a sea and jump.

Thinking he would float but in real world he would be kissing the wooden floor the hard way with the help of friendly gravity.

"Peter pan! You are going to the plank motherfapper!" I heard him ranting... I took a cold compress and made a cup of coffee for him.

"This is a comfy ship! How much do you sell it to me?" Hyung said when I got into the room.

I just ignored him and placed the hot coffee on the study table.

I also placed the cold compress on his head to lower his temperature.

"I really want a negotiation regarding to this ship.", he whispered.

"Hush hyung."

"The thing here is, I'm the real Peter Pan and I love you Wendy.", he said.

"What the fuck." I snorted.
