once I entered I could instantly smell the stench of alcohol lingering through the place, I could also see drunk sweaty kids dancing and others intensely making out. I genuinely hate that atmosphere when I'm sober.
I never was a party animal but that doesn't mean I didn't used to party but I like it better when I'm drunk but that rarely happens too. but I'm trying to change and become a more relaxed person.
I wander around till I find the kitchen,I go in and grab a beer then I climb on the counter opening my beer and chugged some in. I look around bored not knowing how to fit in.
I was so consumed in my thought that I didn't notice my surrounding till I felt some one tap my shoulder, I turn around to see the guy from the shop. "oh hi" I say awkwardly "hey, I didn't think you'll actually come" he says "well, I didn't either just trying to get out of my comfort zone" I smile "by the way, I didn't get catch your name" "I'm Elliot" he says bringing his hand out as a gesture for a shake, I take it smiling lightly. I sit there silently with him looking at me. "oh you expect me to say my name now, sorry. I'm Alexis" I say alerted. Elliot chuckles a little at my income.
