Elliot's P.O.V
I didn't want to worry her but I also didn't want to lie. I took a deep breath and walked back into Olivia's room. She looked up at me with those big brown eyes of hers that make me melt. She picked up on something being wrong straight away and sat up patting the side of her bed for me. Her smile had been replaced with concern.
I sat where she indicated and took her hands in mine.
"El, what's wrong?" She asked. I just looked down at her hands in mine. "Is there something I should know about?"
Olivia pulled her left hand out of mine and tilted my chin up so that we had direct eye contact. I let out a deep sigh. "It's Ali." On saying that I immediently saw her eyes brim with tears. "She has cancer."
Olivia couldn't contain herself. Her face became flooded with tears that stained her cheeks. I leant in and caressed her face before pulled her towards my chest. After a few endless minutes, she pulled away and looked me in the eyes. "I want to see her." She whispered.
I knew I couldn't but I also couldn't bring myself to say no. "I'll ask the doctors." I smiled at her sympathetically and saw a sparkle in her eye. Something I haven't seen since before the accident.
I kissed the top of her hand and walked towards the door. When I got there I saw something very odd. It was a blood stained colourful piece of paper scrunched up. Amanda had said about Ali drawing and also that she was most likely bleeding. She must of come to see Liv, but why come so far then just leave? I picked it up on my way out and opened it up, it was defiantly Ali's.
